Metropolo by Golden Tulip Krakow

Excellent location for my purposes: easy access to public transport, plenty of parking, easy on and off to major highways. Convenient shopping for necessities.

Same as last time, their internet is spotty, works great in the main reception area, not so great in the room. Hotspot came in very handy.

We arrived after a long travel the reception staff welcome us and provide us an upgrade deal to a junior suite, the hotel is clean and bed is very comfortable decoration are amazing, hotel close to a tram stations and big shopping mall, I want to express my appreciation to all the reception staff that I met during my stay Joanna, Veronika and Michalina forgive me if I forget someone, the staff is amazing with high level of professionalism and client orientation they meet you with smile and there to answer every question. Thank you and keep the good work.

everything was great

The hotel exceeded my expectations, the room was silent, nice and big, everything was clean. Hotels location is a bit far from the city center, but it is located in the area where the destination of my trip was located

The cleaning service is a bit too contious of tidyness: I left my personal things on the bed and left, when I came back on the evening my things where accurately place on the bedside table and the bed was made. I'd prefer a place with my things remain untouched if I'm leaving them anywhere in the room, including the bed

It's not my first time in this Hotel and it was perfect as before. Such great quality for this price is not what you can easily find. Situated in a quiet district far from streets and crowds, with very large free parking lot - all you need for a rest on the way passing Krakow or for a city visit in case you are with car. Personnel is kind, welcome and professional. Rooms are very clean as if they are new. Bathroom has all necessary. Beds are comfortable so the sleep was great. And in the morning breakfast made this "quality for price" even better. Such a wide range of meals / fruits and vegetables / drinks / bread / cereal and so on that not every All inclusive Resorts has, especially for such price. I love Krakow, looking forward to visit it again and I already know where I would stay.

- WiFi connection is not very straightforward. You get Network name / password on reception with keys, but upon connection it still requires login - Parking lot is free and very large but that is positive only if you have car. Otherwise getting from hotel to City Center is not fast and easy.

The room was good. Beds are comfortable. For those who travel by car - very good location - you can leave your car on free Hotel's parking lot and take a train (stop is in 5 min by foot) to the city center. Breakfast is very good!

WiFi - is horrible! I have to change the room because they can't fix the issue with very poor signal. After changing the room - the signal strength increased by WiFi speed and stability remain very bad. They definitely should address this issue.

Large and comfy room, with a big table - excellent for work! The hotel was not very close to the center of Krakow, but it was very close to the end of a tram and bus lines that would take you every place in Krakow in 10-15 minutes. The location is right next to a forest, so good healthy walk each day. Pet friendly and additionally dog received a small toy and a package of foodstuff. Enough parking spaces by the hotel and easy to access.

Restaurant could do bigger menu for evening meal.

I like the location, it’s a bit far from the center and that’s the reason why I liked it because it’s in a very nice and non-noisy area. there is a bus station nearby but I think the location is better for those who have a car. the food for the breakfast was really delicious and worth the money. the room were really clean and well isolated

we had a problem with the a/c, it was kinda hot and couldn’t make it go down in temperature. We changed room but the problem remained :(

Breakfast was amazing! The assortment was great. After 2 weeks it was a bit upsetting that it never changed. But it was delicious with a lot of snacks as olives, canned mushrooms, canned corn etc. And the design is amazing - it was pleasure to enjoy the room, the hall, the restaurant.

We had to change 4 rooms in 3 weeks because of bad air-conditioning. No matter how long and hard it was working, it was never colder than 22 degrees. In some rooms than 23. Is was colder outside some days. At the beginning of summer it was a torture

Everything was great, the hotel is very comfortable and location is close to main tram station, three shopping mall around, the room was so clean and in general the hotel so clean and new, all the staff was amazing specially Veronika and Michalina are outstanding with high level of professionalism, first impression always speak louder, thanks golden tulip making my stay smooth and comfortable.

Hotel is brand new and located very close to the highway exit. Huge parking lot is just next to the hotel and parking is included in the price of the room. The furniture in the hotel is stylish and new. Staff was nice and speaking english. This hotel is great option for business trips in case, you do not need to have central location in the city.

In case you arrived for tourism, hotel is located far away from the city center - by car roughly 25-35 minutes and by public transport it's much more.
