Hotel Kazimierz

Location is really good, walkable to the castle and city center, as well as one train station and 30mins or tram to the main railway station to go to Auschwitz, for example. But the best was the breakfast, it was delicious and with tons of variety. There were 5 kinds of cheese, coffee machine with several types and strong, every day served home baked goods like cake, bread or sweets. The tradicional salty bagel can also be found there. Also nearby there is an amazing italian-based restaurant (Warsztat) with enormous cheap plates and a lot of options, we went there everyday. Definitely recommend for a perfect stay in Poland! 10/10

Nothing to complain about. Fair price, good location, perfect breakfast. Room and beds were simple but clean, quite space.

Our room was large on the second floor - the street noise was ok - we’ve stayed many times before and because of the great location it’s inevitable you hear people & traffic but it didn’t disturb us.

We noticed there’s no toiletries or slippers offered any more, maybe it’s to save money but it was advertised as available, I did ask a few times at the desk but we didn’t get any.

Excellent value for money, great location for exploring Krackow and visting the Jewish quarter. Staff were helpful and friendly, terrific breakfast. I would recommend a stay at this hotel. There were a group Italian school students on our floor who were noisy, distruptive and genetally badly behaved. Spoke to reception staff about them, staff dealt with them diplomatically and professionally and resolved the issues so we could carry on and enjoy our stay.

The building of the hotel seemed to be a old while looking outside, but inside the hotel the rooms were neat and looked newly furnished. There were very less hotels in Krakow which were having single room option for 4 or more people and this was one of it. We wanted accommodation for 8 people and this hotel was the cheap and best. The hotel was almost near the center to the city with Tram stops nearby and was easy to roam around. Breakfast(European) was good and standard.

The knob in the bathroom door was not working properly and we had to use it very carefully to avoid from being locked out from inside.

Everyone was lovely and the breakfast was absolutely delicious and well worth the cost. I highly recommend it and you can pay per day so that's convenient! The room was perfect. Clean, comfy and very very quiet. Even when there was a wedding, it was quiet. Staff was lovely, too. Very accommodating. And the bar next door was great!

The breakfast was great, as was the location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lighting in the room could have been better. The double bed was in an alcove, which was a bit tight getting down the sides (room 201). The shower control was a lever, which when showering, was easy to knock on to a different temperature and power setting.

Great location in the heart of the old town, everything we needed could find easy nearby, including public transport, grocery. The staff is helpfull amazingly, I'm really thankful. The bathroom is very clean. The breakfast is fresh, tasty, many different kinds of food.

I suppose, all buildings are old in this area, so the view from the room's window on the pass between 2 buildings wasn't pleasant. Also mattress is too soft, so my husband couldn't sleep well, those beds are not for people, that prefer hard matress or have low back health problems.

Everything was really good! The hotel is located in a great area of Kazimierz from where you can walk by foot to almost all sights in Kraków and where top bars and restaurants are. Breakfasts in this hotel are rich and varied, the cleaning lady came to our room every day and the hotel personnel was extremely nice. When we are back in Kraków, we'll definitely stay at the Hotel Kazimierz again :)

The only small drawback was that there were no free slippers in the room (despite the fact it was indicated on Booking so we're expecting them). However the floor is covered with carpet and is quite warm so it wasn't as big of a problem.

-decor maybe, again we liked it but if someone is looking for modern style - this place is not the one

Decent size room, shower and wc was great. Hotel is in the Old Jewish quarter this is close to many good outlets, restaurants etc. the time of breakfast being from 7am-11am was brilliant, it suited every occasion and when we had to skip breakfast for an early start the Hotel staff arranged packed lunches for us at no extra cost. I took the photograph from our room window, it shows nearby Wawel Castle Cathedral which is halfway between the Hotel and the Old Market Square.

A downside and it is quite an important point if you are confined to your room due to bad weather etc, although the room was equipped with a TV, the reception was shocking and the number of channels was very minimal, the only English channels were two ‘news 24’ type ones with scrolling 15 minute news loop.
