Hotel Poleski

The room was much bigger than I was expecting, which was a pleasant surprise. True to the description, it was situated right by the Vistula river, with the view on the Royal Castle. Breakfast (served from 7 AM to 10 AM) had a large variety of delicious food, including freshly baked croissants. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and for a relatively cheap price I will definitely visit again.

I geniuenly cannot think of anything that I would dislike about it. If I really had to, I would say the accessibility to the place might be a little tricky if someone doesn't know the city; coming from the central train station, I somehow found myself by the back entrance, with my only clue to the hotel's location being a large poster, partially covered by growing plants.

Great location. One of the best view in Krakow! Free parking! (Probably not always available) Very reasonable price. Very fresh and clean bathroom as for such an old hotel. Important: I don't suggest to book a room without view here. It's only make sense to have the one with Wawel view, otherwise just book some other cheap hotel.

If you won't book a room with a view then I would expect rather negative feedbacks (hotel is quite old. Not bad! just old) Breakfast is rather not ok (but it's in the room with amazing river view which is also important)

Breakfasts were complete and rich. Fresh pastries, vegetables, and fruits filled me with strength at the beginning of the day. It's a pity that the restaurant and bar were not open in the evenings.

In the shower you need to change the handle on the shower faucet. It is also advisable to update the flush buttons on the toilet

Hotel for people who values silence and want to rest from noice of the city traffic and crowd and not been woken up by noise of Krakow’s trams )) One from rare which has no any roads or railways behind the windows but only beautiful views for river and ancient castle with famous Krakow’s dragon. Even Sheraton has no such awesome views for river and castle directly from your room’s window. Towels and laundry are fresh. Personnel are very kind. The price is very acceptable. Recommends to stay here!

Perfect location. Amazing view on the Wawel castle. Large bright windows. Clean and cozy bedroom. Close to the city center and all main Kraków attractions.

The room basically needs some renovation in details. The bathroom was quite old and it was a constant smell of cigarettes from the air conditioning system.

Beautiful location, perfect personal. Nice and clean room, beautiful view to casle.

I missed table with lamp, it was not possible to work on PC in the room. Small lamps above bed made buzzing noise when turned off. Wifi was interrupted, but personal was very helpful.

Big room with perfect view at the Wawel castle on the other side of the river (we had room 14). Clean beds and bathroom, no smells. Quick and easy chekc-in. Breakfast with river & castle view.

Carepts and restaurant tables were a bit worn out.

Amazing location in Old Towne on the river across from Wawel Castle. Reception staff all speak great English. Beds were comfortable.

The a/c in our room didn’t work, so it was quite warm during the night. The ledge by the left side of the bed was dirty.

Good location. Superb views, good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Good size room. V good bathroom and shower.

Bathroom door was difficult to shut. Small group of guests who were noisy and had children playing in the corridor one afternoon. Room a bit cold.

the location is great. you see the castle through your window, the river is under your window. super nice view. and the tax from train station to the hotel just costs about 20 pln ( less than 5 euro). going to the salt mine is very convenient, the bus station is just two blocks away.
