I've been to Krakow three times and I've stayed here three times, my first visit was 16 years ago the week the hotel opened when they only had one floor open and the bar and restaurant were still building sites, love the hotel and love the Kazimierz area, the breakfast is fantastic, I love trying all of the Polish sausages etc. but they also have the kitchen open to do eggs to order so makes for a good start to the day and the shower is amazing the water pressure reminds me of the scene from Rambo when they clean him up with a fire hose

No lift, after a day walking the back streets of historic Krakow the stairs are a drag, I feel if I was older and had mobility problems it would become an issue

Good location, nice staff, Great atmosphere.

Not perfectly clean, under the bed it was very dirty and also sheets and the bathroom had some hair. The room was quite small, there wasn't a living room as mentioned.

The location of the hotel was the best ever!! It was a 2-minute walk from the Jewish quarter and a 5-minute walk from the historical centre. There are excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The rooms were cozy and spacious and very clean. Ours was on the 3rd floor and though there is no lift, the boys at the reception were kind enough to carry our luggage upstairs. The two girls and the young man at the reception were the best. They answered every question we had and helped us with downloading the parking app on our phones. Basically, their smile and cheerfulness are the asset to this hotel. Fantastic breakfast!Highly recommended! We will definitely come back when visiting Krakow again!

The hotel does not have a lift, yet the personnel is kind enough to carry your luggage upstairs. So when booking, you should ask for rooms on the first floor should you have a problem with walking up the stairs.

Prime location - close to local vincinities, shopping. Based in Old Town Jewish quarters. Bar and restaurant attached reasonably priced. Able to leave our luggage with staff until check in and the same with check out. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room clean and tidy, big bathroom. Tea, coffee and extras provided with a mini fridge.

Photos didn't depict a good idea of the hotel. No lift, stairs only or if was a lift wasn't aware. Compared to other hotels this was one of the dearest in the area.

The location is great, very close to the night life of the Kazimierz borough. Reception staff were very nice and helpful. The room was tidy and clean and my request to check out later has been approved, which was handy after a night out.

My room was on the third floor with no lift, which may put some people off. There is a welcome drink in a bar downstairs included in the price but I found the bar staff quite unpleasant and thought they could do with additional training. The bartender was acceptable but other girls behind the bar didn't even acknowledge my "hello", even though it was just me and a friend standing there. We were served in a heavy handed manner. A bit of a let down as the place is otherwise quite nice.

Overall it is very cute hotel in the central part of the City. District is very very loud with lots of night life, like bars and restaurants, and young people living their best lives.

Taking into account all mentioned above - be sure to take a room with windows in a yard, to have calm nights. As young people are very loud outside ;)

Great location at the north end of the Jewish Quarter - good for both the Jewish Quarter and the Old Town. Breakfast was excellent. One morning I needed to leave before breakfast and the packed Polish breakfast was good quantity and quality. The restaurant on site also serves good quality food for lunch.

The room was dusty - not vacuum cleaned well enough when I got there. Round room table for my laptop was not comfortable to sit at. If I was travelling for business this would have been irritating.

The staff were very helpful, caring and friendly. The location was really perfect . It was possible to see the main attractions in the city on foot. We enjoyed the food.

As we were on 3rd floor and we are not so young if there had been a lift it would have helped.

Excellent location, excellent value for money, very clean and tidy.Great choice for breakfast, and the restaurant does great food.The hotel has a lovely bar and garden area where you can just sit and chill out after a day touring. the bedrooms are massive, lovely powerful shower,and also has a hairdryer. The staff have excellent customer service and could not do enough for us, from booking taxes, booking tours and even renting of bikes.we stayed 4 nights and could not find anything wrong with this hotel. will definitely stay there again. Go ahead book this little gem of a hotel and you will not be disappointed.

We stayed at this hotel for three days, it completely met our expectations! It is really in a great location in Krakow. You need 10 minutes to walk to the main square and the castle. What we can really praise is the extremely friendly hotel staff who are always at your service, as well as the excellent breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, we can recommend this hotel!

Maybe it's in such a location where it's always alive, so sometimes there can be a little noise at night, but we really didn't mind because we were on the top floor. We assume it could be a problem on the lower floors of the hotel, but a really negligible thing compared to all the other things the hotel has to offer.
