Hotel Molo

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to shops - bars & restaurants but not on top of them so you are not disturbed by any noise 5-7 min walk to the sea & pier The hotel is very clean along with the rooms that are very comfortable. They have a mini fridge and tea & coffee if required Bathrooms all have hair dryers so ideal if travelling light Would certainly use the hotel again if vising Sopot The hotel does back onto railway tracks so you can hear the odd train but nothing to spoil your holiday You can access the train station within a few minutes walk with easy access to Gdansk 20 mins train ride

Staff is super friendly. Very good parking. To park a car just enter public parking right under the hotel and there you will find separate hotel parking with reception entrance. This is very comfortable. Good breakfast inside of the hotel despite that they still send a message that the breakfast will be in another building.

Cleaning could be better, especially for a cups for coffee/tea. Couple of lamps didn't work and as I stayed just a couple of days - even didn't informed reception about it. ) 2 beds combined to a 1 big - not an ideal decision at all. And these 2 beds are small, so uncomfortable if you are a big person like me. :)

Excellent hotel, great location - 2 mns away from the main train station, clean, modern, spacious room, friendly and very helpful staff. Our room didn't come equipped with the kettle but the member of staff was very helpful and lent me their kettle to use in the middle of the night when I felt like cup of tea. Also, when it started raining and we didn't have an umbrella, the hotel staff lent us one. I would fully recommend this place to anyone.

The only drawback was the windows - you can't open them to get some fresh air in. But the air-con was fully functional so it wasn't that much of a problem

The hotel was great, also the location of it. Even though it is close to the railway, we didn't have any noise problems. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and nice, the room and also the bathroom are quite big, spacious. They also have an underground parking, with an entrance/elevator directly to the hotel. They also serve a very good breakfast, with many options.

Great staff, nice breakfast and cosy rooms. The place is also cool - near to the beach and few meters from a railway station so the logistics is great if you travel by foot.

Weak wifi signal in room 110 - a couple of wifi antennae in that part of building would help to solve the issue.

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel; the staff was very professional and courteous. Each day, the breakfast was excellent, and the food choices were varied.

The mattress was too soft, and the pillow was very worn out. I felt like I had no pillow at all.

It is a very nice place in a central location meeting my expectations. However, despite the cold weather there was no heating in the room deteriorating my time spent hete. (Other hotels like Radisson Blu had a great hesting!)

The room adapted for people with disabilities was great. Not every hotel is prepared or sometimes even willing to receive people with disabilities, but this is not the case with hotel Molo. Staff super helpful and kind. Breakfast worth trying :) I recommend this hotel and hope to return again

Been going there since it had opened,great staff are very helpful, location next to train station,restaurants supermarket,shops all 1 minute walk ,5 minutes to the beach,only cost 5.50 PLN(£1.00) from airport to hotel by train and £1.00 single to Gdansk & gydnia by train,

No expectations on arrival, but I was really nicely surprised by the spaciousness of the room. There was a lot of room for me to practice yoga! The breakfast was plentiful with a good choice and nice coffee. The staff working at breakfast were always nice and helpful.

No one seemed to adhere to the COVID rules - they were ignored by the majority of the guests.
