It was not my first time in Tulip. I must say that they keep the service on high level. First of all, the staff is always smiling and very kind - seems they feel very good in there. Whatever is needed, they are happy to assist you. I noticed a nice change in service - as eco-friendly person I was happy to see that during stay cleaning is available for all on request (instead of daily cleaning every single room). The breakfast in Tulip - this is still legendary :)

Great swimming pool with kids pool and jacuzzi and towels. Animators for children. Play ground and play room. Taste breakfast. Furniture outside room. Iron. Oven. Mattresses and pillows are awesome.

They don't take out garbage from room until you ask. Kids menu is not healthy (meat balls with spices, fried potatoes). Far enough from old town. On the beach change room and toilet are paid and quit expensive.

everything was above perfect! I was traveling with my toddler alone, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, they a ti quickly to every request I made. the location is amazing, you are 2 min walk from the beach and can have a nice walk from there to the molo of Sopot (about 3km of promenade). Lovely room for kids to play, and clean swimming pool.

Great location close to the beach, but in a quiet area. Tasty breakfasts and good rooms. My son especially liked french fries ))) The staff was kind and friendly.

In the apartment C03 the quality of wi-fi was very poor. It wasn't very comfortable as I needed it for a work.

The staff exceeded expectations, specifically in the breakfast area. The suite was spacious, the bed was comfy. Breakfast area was clean, the selection was good.

The spacing between balconies. A bit more privacy will be welcome.

Jacuzzi was very cold. I love jacuzzi and this is the only thing I use when i choose a hotel with spa facilities so very disappointed as could not use it at all (too cold).

Location. Apartment in general good

Pentry facility lacking basic equipment. Only plates etc for 3 persons, Staying for 4 nights and just one tablet for the dishing machine. No hands washing soap, no dish brush, no towels, no frying iron, no scissor etc

Breakfast was superior. Variety of food and taste above expectation. Location to the beach.

Number of plug ins and location of plug ins around room. Each person now has two-three gadgets to charge. Number of plug ins is VERY limited.

Breakfasts were wonderful with a very wide choice of both hot and cold food. There was a choice of evening meals, a buffet option or an A La Carte and both were very good.

Open smiley peoole. Children friendly. Good breakfast. Swimming pool and turkish sauna was also good. Very good apartaments.

I found in the morning some ants būt it's because I left opened some sweets..
