We had a very pleasant stay, comparing to few others hotel in SA that we visited this was realy best one. Cleanlines and equipment of the room, very helpful staff, one of the best breakfasts you can imagine with so many choices of different cuisines, fresh juices, perfect coffee etc. In total - highly recommended for stay for those, who suits the position. It is not so close to historical town centre, but it is half way between centre and Jeddah economic city with many possibilities for sea lesure time - beachec. Very close to the airport and north part of Jeddah Corniche. Next time we will definitely come again.

The hotel was clean and the customer service was great. One of the Managers Muhammad Shahin (I think) went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. There were emergency works taking place in the swimming pool, which we found out when we checked in- my kids were looking forward to the pool, Muhammad made alternative arrangements at another sister hotel for us to use. They even provided transportation. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful all the time. My kids enjoyed their time. The rooms were spacious too.

Very good hotel with clean well equipped gym on highest level overlooking the city with a pool and an impressive selection of cuisine for breakfast that would satisfy any visitor. The hotel is very accessible, close to the airport as well as the city and different malls and great for commuters. Rooms are clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable to work from. Staff is very kind, courteous and helpful making our visit a delightful one.

Reception staff extremely friendly and smiley - really nice welcome after a late flight. The beds were really comfortable, we were on 6th floor and it was so quiet, room was the perfect temperature as well. Everything new and clean. Breakfast was amazing and they even gave us some take out coffee for our onward trip! Brilliant. Highly Recommend - we will be back!

Absolutely nothing!

Hotel secure entrance is excellent yet fast and effective. The Hotel can be for both business and leisure. One of the best locations in Jeddah in 2021 and years to come. The main highway is only around the corner to travel any where in the west cost. Yet the Airport and sea side are 15 minutes away. Basically the hotel is the new center of town with Out the hustle, I have stayed in more than half of the 5 star hotels in Jeddah. This hotel if by far is best. Not to mention the room furniture the best in quality and style/colors. Smart TV is functional. Robs and slippers available. Bathroom is fully equipped ( including Shattaf) and the shampoo/ hand soap is top quality.

The A/C is extremely cold when checked in ( showing 16 actual room temp), we turned it off until check-out temperature only increased to 20 degC. Also, hotel rooms windows are transparent you can see the guests easily if the curtains were open at night!

Outstanding hospitality, very welcoming receptionists ( thumb up to their Incharge, such a confident professional and problem solving guy). Very smooth admission, smiling staff ready to help and approachable. Luxury room price wise. Very clean. Flexible checkout timing ( really helped us as our flight was late evening. Great breakfast buffet

Lonely dining room at night. A bit soulless, compared to the vibey atmosphere and great food for breakfast. Signage for another restaurant on the top floor is out of date. The hotel closed it and the space appears to have been converted

WONDERFULLY sweet, friendly, and hospitable staff. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were pleased. Restaurant staff was especially amazing, even printing out for me their house recipe for gahwa. Manager called our room every day just to check in. Amazing Arabian hospitality at its finest! The sea bream-artichoke dish was excellent; all the fish and seafood dishes were as good as you would think, next to the coast! Unsurprisingly, the western-style dishes were only passable but the more local style dishes were much better prepared. Veggies were crisp and cooked just right! Breakfast buffet was generous and fresh--we recommend the omelettes. :) The entire building was extremely clean and seemed almost new! The common spaces are elegant, and the room was beautiful and luxurious. All in all, this was an excellent stay and we highly recommend it! The staff was the best of all. Thank you for working so hard. :)

(This is being VERY PICKY; really, all was good.) Beds could be a little bit softer, and perhaps more variety of pillow thicknesses offered--thinner, in this case. Crisp white feather-down bedding was lovely and luxe otherwise. Room service food quality was a tad inconsistent; meals were either fantastically prepared or not great/dry/cool. The same dish was different on different nights, even in portion size. Bed-side wall felt a bit thin; EXTREMELY noisy kids screeching late in the night next door. They did quiet down a little when we knocked... each night. Not the hotel's fault, though. Our shower did leak a little bit at the bottom in room 338, but that wasn't a big deal, maybe just something manager could look into re-sealing.

Staff were very friendly and ensured that we were happy with our stay.

The entrance to the hotel requires a right turn into oncoming traffic, which is scary at times especially with speeding cars. The hotel should make contact with the local authorities to have a speed bump placed near the entrance of the hotel to slow traffic down.

The staff was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and responds promptly . The facility was maintained well. Location served my trip purpose. The breakfast was of good variety.

So far nothing has disappointed me, I hope it will keep up and even exceed expectations
