Clean and looks nice

No room service for food delivery apps. I had to go down each time to pick up my orders :(

good stay in this hotel along Malik road about 15km from the airport with sufficiently spacious and comfortable rooms. the breakfast was good with a wide choice, the welcome and availability of the reception and restaurant staff were also good, the services were also good with swimming pool (a little small) and sauna and Turkish bath. The presence and availability of taxis to get around the city is also good.

the road outside the hotel is dangerous to cross, there are no pedestrian crossings or underpasses, to get around you need to take a car or taxi. public transport practically non-existent.

I was really impressed by the quality and service of this hotel. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and diverse. The rooms were a tad on the small side, but having used Ibis before, I knew this would be the case. The bathroom was good as well. There are lounges at the entrance for waiting areas or quick informal meetings. The bed was very comfortable. I will return there again if the chance arises.

The lighting in the bathroom was a bit dim.

If you arrive early, there is a slight chance of getting the room and you may wait until 3 PM. They ask you to leave at 12 and they call you many many many times to go. Parking your car is an issue. The parking is full all the time. You need to park around the hotel near someone's house!!!! The 1 SAR Nova water is sold for 9 SAR in the hotel !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant a couple of evenings and the food was also great. We went to Jeddah to watch the football. It was the friendliest place we have ever visited. There is no public transport system so you have to download the "Uber" app on your phone. We recommend you visit the old town which is a few miles south of the hotel.

Prices of the food despite its delicious but it’s price made us buy from outside Some of the receptionists was not helping but others were very helpful The rooms are very narrow we need more spaces

Excellent choice of food at breakfast. Reasonably large swimming pool. Clean modern style to public areas. Very polite helpful reception staff and cleaners

Clearly this is not the hotel's fault, but visitors need to be aware that the hotel is located on the east side of a very busy main road. I found the hotel would have been within walking distance of my destination (The Corniche race track) but it was impossible to make the journey on foot as there is no provision for pedestrians to to cross to the west side of the road for several kms in either direction north of south of the hotel. So taxis or Ubers are needed to go anywhere unless you have you own car.

It was agreed for a late checkout and it was recorded in the system, still a staff member called around noon informing me that 4 is too late. I always book IBIS when I visit Jeddah and I visit a lot! Disappointed of such a behavior.

The location was perfect and close to many attractions and easy to move. Two minitues to hyper market and few more food places on walking distance. Staff is also seems to be cooperative and helpfull. Misbahuddin was our room cleaner and he is always very helpfull in terms of providing any assitance we need in the room. Breakfast was very good and overall facility is very nice and cleaned.

My commnets are more for people who do long stay like in my case 9 days. There is no place to put toiletries in the bathroom nor in the room any sufficient place to put things for daily use or hang. The cabinet in the rooms is very wrongly build and very difficult to manage stuff. Iron table was in my room most of the time its very difficult to get it back when taken for other guest needs and we need to wiat long. Though the room cleaning done nicely but some days are skipped without any notification. I suggest front desk should be more helpfull in terms of given information and arranging taxi and tourist related services.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The facilities were top-notch, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The overall experience was both comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
