The personnel at the hotel was lovely and accommodating. The room is spacious and modern. Great breakfast.

The kitchen had a slight bad odour coming from the pipes. The walls are very thing, so if you will have loud guests in the next room, be prepared to hear everything.

Room size was great, lobby is comfortable, breakfast is great too.

Kitchen area is not great, microwave was dirty, everything in the kitchen area needs updating. There was an off putting smell in the room, there’s no windows to open. Water was leaking through the shower door.

The atmosphere was cosy and family friendly. They were generous with the additional blankets, towels, and slippers. The pool was nice and clean.

I took a one bedroom apartment, 3 nights for around 2000 riyals, which I think is overpriced, by looking to level of the furniture and decorations. The floor room needed wiping, and it wasn't easily done due to the slow response. But when the house keeping came they were kind. Since the pool was always filled with children, smoking shouldn't be allowed. Getting to room floor from the basement elevator was a difficult process, you need to go through two separate elevators.

property is at very good location and staff is very warm and supportive. in-house restaurant is very good not to miss Biryanee if you are staying here . Rooms size are extremely good value for money , very modern and clean . Housekeeping will come only once but work is very satisfying, I would like to mention Mr.Ismail for his support . excellent hospitality!!!

The apartment located in a prime accessible location has all needed facilities required, very good staff, quiet rooms, refreshing pool, infant crib is available and very good wifi network.

Minimum number of parking shared with Ibis hotel, small sized vehicles only. Pillows are very high the type that could hurt your neck, when I requested to replace it Houskeeping informed me that they don’t have any spare. Limited breakfast collection however it’s fresh and clean.

the facilities were new the rooms were clean and comfortable the location was amazing spacious suite

the room was very clean but sometimes an unpleasant smell would be there the moment you enter the suite (like a humidity smell). one of the bathroom sinks were clogged in room 212

The staff are really friendly specially the one in reception his name Mohannad I can’t help thank him enough. He is really cooperative and professional. the room is spacious and clean and the location of the hotel is just perfect.

There is no privacy in the room easily u can hear all the conversations in the next rooms

Simple and easy stay, u can feel like at your home. Location fantastic and nearby Hra street where u cab restaurants as well also both Arab mall and read sea mall. Sea view also about 10 minutes. This place will be my best choice when come back visit Jeddah and my family really was so happy during our stay.

kitchen need maintenance. there was a leakage in one bathrooms. also, the room is non smoking, however smoke smell reach the room though A/C ducts

Very nice Hotel with very nice Reception staff and very good Cleaning Staff Service thank you for making my stay wonderful and I always comeback .
