Hotel Mona Plaza

A new, modern, clean and super comfortable hotel in a great part of the city close to the river, parks and the city center. I loved staying here. Staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Special thanks to Vladimir at the front desk who took care of all of my requests. Breakfast was delicious too, as well as desserts in the coffee shop. I am originally from Belgrade but have spent over 20 years abroad and have been to over 60 countries. This hotel is world class, and great value for money! I will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was delicious and so was the room service! Staff were wonderful ( literally these guys should write a book on customer service) and upgraded my room after I told them I was moving from another hotel which had not been up to my standards. The gym had an amazing range of equipment and the spa was super relaxing. I requested an iron and ironing board, and the hotel actually ironed the clothes for me, free of charge! Beautiful area, close to the river, and loads of restaurants and bars, right in the centre. Great views from the window.

I recently stayed at a hotel and I am pleased to say that everything was absolutely amazing! The hotel exceeded all of my expectations and I am thrilled to share my positive experience with you. Firstly, the staff at the hotel were absolutely perfect and lovely. They were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendly and attentive service truly made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The hotel itself was also exceptional. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the room was comfortable and cozy. I appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design and amenities, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. My family and I had a nice stay at Hotel Mona Plaza in Belgrade. The hotel's prime location made exploring the city incredibly convenient. While the breakfast was okay, it met our needs. The staff, however, stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness. Being a new hotel situated in the heart of the city added to its appeal. If you're looking for a family-friendly, centrally located option with friendly service, Hotel Mona Plaza is worth considering.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and modern, 24/7 helpful reception, very clean and lots of space and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Would definitely come back.

The hotel is a little further away from the center so we had to take taxis from the hotel and back. As it turns out, Belgrade has a problem of taxi scammers with fake meters that charge outrages sums. If you rent a car, this will not bother you, but if not, I advise you to stay at this hotel (because its worth it) but be extrra careful when catching a cab. take the average prices from the reception and ask for the price or a a valid price range before you go in.

Placed near to the center (about 10min of walking) and therefore near to the fortresses, we had enjoyed about the many possibilities of fun and shopping, but with advantage to have a quiet place to stay and relax in the hotel. The hotel didn't had jacuzzi (will be nice to have), but just 2 sauna and a gym room. Unfortunately, for a family with a child (11 years old) there was no triple room, so we just improvised an additional "bed" on the floor The parking place was a little bit expensive (20euro/day) but at least was a good and spacious garaje Overall, nice and quiet hotel, in a good location at a decent price Recommended with some reserve, in the respect of my comments above

The hotel was very nice, clean and modern, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms was good and spacious enough, the bed was comfortable. Upon request the hotel provided a crib for our 1.5-year old baby. The towels were changed daily. All needed toiletries were available in the bathroom. I cannot comment on breakfast as we booked accommodation without it, but from what we saw when passing by, the buffet looked very nice! The sports facilities were good! The location was very good! walking distance to the Fortress (about 15 minutes walk) and the old city's pedestrian streets (about 20 min walk), there was also a bus station within 4 min walk if you need to travel to farther distances. We had a very nice stay in the centre of Belgrade!

The staff - Tamara, in particular - was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room provided ample space for a family with a child and a dog. The hotel's location is superb, and the breakfast selection was truly impressive, offering a wide range of delicious options. Additionally, the parking facilities were secure and well-monitored. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and although there was one minor drawback, it would not deter us from returning. While the hotel is pet-friendly, unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area. Despite selecting a secluded spot far from the buffet and other guests, we were informed by the breakfast receptionist that the breakfast area is not pet-friendly!!! This restriction seemed illogical, as it meant our family couldn't enjoy breakfast together, with one of us having to remain in the room with the dog. This was really an inconvenience!

In the Dorčol neighborhood in Belgrade, in the vicinity of cafes, super restaurants and shops, a quiet area within walking distance to the Danube promenade to Kalmagdan and the pedestrian mall in the center Kind and professional staff A spacious room, a huge and comfortable bed, a pampering bath, a gorgeous view, you can see the whole city as far as Zemlin Buffet breakfast full of good things Spa with a quiet corner and a hot sauna Bar and restaurant all day (paid) A not cheap luxury hotel built in the middle of a suburban neighborhood in the capital city of Belgrade For those who want peace and pampering, this is very suitable

Relatively expensive price You can find hotels of the same level in a more central location for less money

Location, staff, breakfast.

The room could have been cleaner. several times I found long black hair in towels and bathrobes (I have a short haircut). There are stains on the carpet, stains on the chairs, stains on the curtains. Nice hotel, but the staff needs to rethink the attitude towards cleaning.
