A big separate thanks for Viktoriia for her help 👍 The room had air conditioning, there was access to a coffee machine all the time. The room had a hair dryer, iron, mini bar. Across the road - a bus stop to the beach and the city center (on foot to go 20-30 minutes). A big cheap supermarket close to hotel.

The biggest minus is the monotonous breakfasts, we were at the hotel for a week and every day the food was the same and very simple (3 types of sausages, 2 types of cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce peppers, couasans from the supermarket, some kind of casserole with potatoes, muesli , drinks, etc...). If you are in this hotel for a few days then it is ok. But my opinion and experience is that it is better to take an apartment with a kitchen without breakfast. Bad soundproofing. No balcony in room.

Clean comfortable and very near facilities.

The stairs we were on 2nd floor and had heavy cases. A lift would have been great. This however is the only down side.

Relatively small, but cozy room with little refrigerator (minibar) and air conditioner. That is why we hade warm room all the time. This was super. Responsive and nice welcome. Close to the bus stop from and to airport, little bit further train station and the beach. Close to the some big food markets. Breakfast included, which was enough to start the day.

Just some tables in the inside dinning area, where we waited when someone will be ready with breakfast. Some tables were outside (like terrace), but this was not solution, especially in the winter, when is cold outside. No elevator. Old smart TV without any channels. No big choice of food in the breakfast.

The hotel is about 10 mins walk from the bus station, which we needed the following morning. The bathroom was clean and modern with a good shower and bed comfortable. The breakfast was good with eggs, ham, yogurt and more. Our flight was delayed so we arrived at 23.30 by taxi from Alicante airport. It cost €22.00 on meter. We were given a code via WhatsApp to open main hotel door as staff had finished for the evening. Our room key was also waiting inside for us at the desk so this went well and was stress free. Staff in the morning were friendly.

The bed quilt was a bit too narrow for the double bed, but there was an additional bed spread which was alot wider and we used this.

Being about 40 minutes (by bus) from the airport and a 15 minute walk from the centre, I found the location was perfect for me. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows provided. The water pressure in the shower was very good too. Breakfast was your standard help-yourself-buffet

My room was on the ground floor right next to the lobby/dining area, and I found the lack of soundproofing meant I could hear everything. The other guests weren’t particularly rowdy so it wasn’t much of an issue, but I like a lie-in and not the heaviest of sleepers at times so hearing everyone getting their breakfast was a little irritating.

Everything was perfect. SO CLEAN,TIDY AND COMFORTABLE BED.In the bathroom is also extra -intime douse.Whole staff was so helpfull and merry. Breakfast was soo variable and tasty, TYPICAL SPANISH and croissants,Nutela,kinds of jams, fruits-oranges,apples,salza,so tasty cherry Tomatoes 🍅 and peppers 🌶 fresh orange juice,hamon,sausages,Ham, typical spanish colbases, variable cheeses,variations of coffee and tea EXCELLENT BREAKFAST

Everything was perfect 🥰. We'll come back again!!!

calm and quiet hotel not far from the center. the hotel made a Christmas present - a bottle of Spanish sparkling wine!!! the staff tried to help in all situations and was quite friendly

cleaning in the room is not regular and not of high quality, even the garbage was not removed every day.

The hotel was extremely clean, every part of it. It’s close to the train station, 10 minute walk and close to a few bus stops which is handy. The mattress was comfy and the interior design was lovely with nice lights in the room adding to the vibe. The staff were all super friendly and always assisting us our questions, made the stay even more pleasant! So thank you:)

The breakfast area/ lounge is quite small and there is no lift so someone with a big suitcase might struggle, but apart from that everything was great.

Quiet, comfortable and clean. Breakfast til 11 was great, good selection of frittata, breads, croissants, cheese, meats and fruit etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to find. Air con great. Easy 20 min walk from the centre of Alicante, lots of shops and nice places to eat within easy reach. Very reasonable mini bar

No access to tv channels, just YouTube on TV and remote didn't work for Netflix, could have done with some instructions in the room

Cozy hotel not far from the center of Alicante. Easily accessible and late check-in possible with code. It is also nicely decorated and looks modern with taste , very clean and a compleet bathroom with good warm water.

One point of criticism is that the breakfast is not completely good. I explain myself further, everything is as good as present, but it is a bit industrial. Especially regarding the bread, just cardboard. This while there are very good bakeries in Alicante. The boiled eggs were by far the tastiest, along with the coffee .
