Everything was perfect! The location close to the beach was great. Especially I love the the condition of room. I recommend for family travelers.👍👍👍👍👍👍

Everything was perfect but I think the hotel should adjust the check-out and check-in times. Checkin was 4pm, checkout 10am. I think , it's little bit early the others.

The staff were so helpful, right from the start with those on reception on arrival. Ruben was excellent around the pool with simple games to add some fun for the kids and adults and a lovely way with everyone. The bar staff were also great and so accommodating of us as a large extended family of 12 including children aged 5-13. Thanks to them we were able to use that space as a family communal area at the end of each night, which was so helpful. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well resourced, including a dishwasher and washing machine which was great for getting the washing done before getting home! Amazing how cool the apartments felt even though it was so hot outside. The pool area was lovely with just about enough sun loungers for everyone. It was good that when the sun loungers were in demand, staff made sure beds couldn't be hogged by people that weren't there. Particularly impressed that the hotel encourages recycling and has installed filtered water taps so you can fill up your bottle rather than buy endless plastic bottles, and different bags were provided for different types of recycling which is great.

Although it was great to have the different recycling bags for different things, it was a bit confusing and also a bit unclear what to do with full bags, so we had quite a few full ones by the end. It's a shame that there's a big long list of things you can't do in the pool. Our kids love playing on lilos so it was a real shame that they weren't allowed. Fortunately the no jumping in rule wasn't enforced which allowed some fun. The other things aren't the hotel's fault but it was quite steep to get to some places which was hard for my dad and partner in their late 70s. It's also a shame that there aren't any bigger apartments with larger balcony space as we really missed being able to eat together as a family, although the bar area did provide some of that opportunity.

Large rooms and well-equipped kitchen. Perfect for those who want to cook some meals themselves. Friendly staff, and a good and spacious gym. Near a nice beach and restaurants. Great pool area. We would definitely book this again.

For those who don't have a car and want to go to the nearest larger grocery store, there's a 10-minute uphill walk. There are several slightly more expensive supermarkets around with a basic selection. The spa and restaurant were closed for renovation. The gym was a bit expensive and could have been included in the stay or charged per person. (12 eur per room per day).

Excellent location - across the road from Paloma Park and 5mins walk down to the beach. Bit of a walk up the hill into town, but a taxi rank across the road for less able walkers ( or lazy days!) Clean, open plan style living area, 2 large bedrooms and spacious bathroom & with a well equipped kitchen. Easy check in and friendly reception. Lovely private garden area with pool - unfortunately it was closed as we were out -of- season visitors.

Would have preferred an apartment with balcony or area to sit out.

The location is excellent! There is everything you can wish for; restaurants, pool, walking distance to a super market, big park across the street and drinking water from a separate tap in the kitchen. Our family enjoyed the beach on a daily basis!

Some attention is needed on updating the bathrooms. Our toilet was leaking and hard to flush (already on the first day so it's been a problem for a while) and there is mold in the shower. The bed mattresses are on the hard side as well as the pillows.

Very spacious one bedroom apartment, fully equipped, excellent location right next to Paloma park and close to promenade and the beaches, marina. Clean, very good AC (two of them !) and fast WiFi. Very helpful staff ! This was our second stay at this place.

This time we got a room on the first floor with large terrace but semi-closed. (terraces on higher floors are more open). This wouldn't have been a problem if air condition was not running but, it is a huge unit ( which is good !) feeding two split systems but producing A LOT of heat, so the terrace is pretty much unusable during summer or when AC is on. On the other hand, when you do you laundry, it dries extremely quickly as the temperature on the terrace is like in a dryer ! There is no reserved or guaranteed parking, but you can usually find a space on the street, in front of the hotel and for free.

very clean, well equipped apartments comfy beds and good shower. washer/dryer, dishwasher and refill of washing up liquid. 2 dishwasher and 2 washing machine tablets and lovely tea and coffee. could not fault it. pool area clean and lovely pool. no queue for sunbeds and no reserving. Always able to get one. animación guy Andre great with kids and helpful, all staff, reception, pool cleaners and maintenance staff friendly and attentive. we didn’t order but you could have fresh bread and croissants delivered daily for reasonable price and we also didn’t know you could hire pool towels. free safe and soap and shower gel provided along with kitchen roll (no where else I’ve been provide this good pillows and lovely duvets. opposite the beautiful Paloma Parque

it wasn’t really a grumble but limited shade by pool. we didn’t need it but people might miss a snack/pool bar on site( we actually thought better without) check in 4pm is quite late but we had use of pool and locked luggage room.

The rooms were like home from home! Everything you could need. The bed was amazingly comfortable! Arrived after a problem at the airport for a one night stay, staff welcomed us all with a smile, honestly wish we could have stayed longer! The reception staff on arrival were polite, friendly and explained things very clearly. Location is perfect!

Because I have a young child as well as grown up children 15-18yr, the only thing that would put me off booking next year for our family holiday would be no entertainment! Which is a shame because my child has autism and likes things small, such as the pool and small distances around the rooms to pool, this helps him feel safe! So with children's games/entertainment during the day and occasional nights would have been fantastic for future holidays. Without children or an extra holiday I'd go again Tommorow!!

The Royal Oasis Club is perfectly situated, close to the beach, restaurants, Taxi’s, buses and a wonderful park! The front desk can also arrange a hire car if you’d like too, either way there are plenty of options to get around from the apartment. The property is perfect for a family vacation and the team were extremely accommodating to our needs! We got given cots, a playmat, appropriate cutlery & high chair! The apartment had everything you would need for a comfortable stay, the main supermarket is a 10 minute walk away and the reception can offer you a trolley for your shop. We never really used the pool and the children preferred going to the beach, but every time I went for a stroll it looked picture perfect and seemed very chilled, especially with the waterfall as a backdrop! Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved how close we were to everything but at night it was literally silent from our rooms which made for a very restful stay. Air con machines are situated in every room and we never ever had a problem with our shower which was amazing! There’s filtered water available in the kitchen and we even got given enough filter coffee for our stay. It literally was a home away from home!

Loved everything - the apartment was very clean and well equipped. Huge and comfortable bed and quality stuff - cookware, textures and all. Supermarket quite close. Great restaurants around - don.t miss El Ancla for surprising service and fresh fish! Paloma Park was just gorgeous, lots of animals walking around, lovely playgrounds. We walked to Marina, Teleferico, took the bus a few times - for a stay with kids, the options around are just perfect! The pool is nice with lovely shade in the afternoon, and there is a guy there who takes care of entertainment and activities for guests. We travelled to Malaga for a day and was grateful to be in a smaller city for a longer time and just having the option to mix with huge crowds, but not actually being there for the whole stay.
