Casual Pop Art Benidorm

Location great. Right on the front of the beach in the old town. No view as we did not book a sea view room. View would be good with one.

The TV only had two news channels in English. However most guests appeared to be Spanish. Breakfast was fine although because buffet style food was generally cold to Luke warm. I like hot food hot but Spanish do not seem to do this.

Location. Situated right across from the Poniente beach we liked the decor, room price and staff, Rooms are great, all very clean, modern ensuite with nice walk in shower cubicles. Nice quality bedding and towels. If you can get a room with a sea view We also liked being able to secure our luggage in a locker at the end of our stay before heading off home later We have now stayed here twice within a few weeks, We're so pleased we originally decided to book this hotel and have already booked to a third stay there again in a few weeks time.

We haven't found anything not to like although I'm not sure if there is another way to get to the reception (check in) other than up around six steps.

It’s quirky, it’s clean, it’s in a great location. Breakfast is adequate, but get down early, as the breakfast room gets very busy. Staff are friendly. Bed very comfortable.

Firstly we will be booking this hotel again, we were very happy with our stay. But our room (408) had almost no space at the end of the bed. A concrete pillar meant you had to clamber over the bed, to get to the balcony. The sea view from the balcony was perfect. But we will request to be put in a different room next time we book.

Perfect location beach just across the road Breakfast was fresh and plenty of choices I e mailed the staff asking for rooms near to other couple we traveled with and easy access for my husband that struggles with walking and both these requests were made Staff were friendly and very helpful Thay supplied lockers which was marvellous as we arrived before check in and left on a later flight, so still able to go to beach/ lunch on last day Would recommend and go again

The toilet was not connected to the floor , I did let them know as we checked out , it didn’t stop toilet working so not really a problem

Fantastic we didn't stay overnight as I just got the room to freshen up as we had a late flight and couldn't get a late check out in other hotel..so booked here and I have to be honest I wish we just booked here from the start..room with a sea view amazing, bed was comfy brilliant shower done the tick will definitely book again on our next trip...

So I used the shower and I havent be honest this didn't bother me because I have pets at home but you could definitely smell wet dog in the bathroom not really bad but definitely could smell it, just a tip to people really maybe ask for a room where pets haven't been in there

The location is amazing very close to old town and the beach is right outside your door. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. I would stay again, but definetly book a bigger room.

The room was small and tight with no were to put cases or clothes, a small rail in the corner had only 4 hangers. Not nearly enough storage. The walls and doors were badly marked, a quick lick of paint would fix that right up. The lifts are terribly slow and small. Overall I believe we got what we paid for, I would stay again.

The location was great, the beach is across the street, next to nice bars and restaurants. The view was stunning, we got the balcony room with a view to the sea. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was also very kind and spoke English and Spanish. Breakfast was tasty and varied and for a fair price (the croissaint sandwiches were amazing!). The theme of the hotel is refreshing and looks great, both in the common areas and the rooms.

On our last night there was a storm which lead to water inflitrating the hallways and rooms. The staff reacted quickly and did most of what they could, considering it was in the middle of the night, between 12 and 3 AM.

We have stayed at this hotel before and re booked because the location is so good. The views from our terrace were amazing and the bed is very comfortable. We also like the fact you get a fridge and good and quiet aircon. Breakfast was tasty and you get a good choice. Staff are efficient and friendly and we got into our room sooner than we expected which was great.

Our terrace needs some kind of shade as it is in the full sun throughout the day. A carafe of water in the fridge would have been nice instead of having to purchase plastic bottles of water from the vending machine. A few dark hairs in the bathroom and on the bed (yuk). Otherwise a decent hotel for the price.

Great location, room was spacious, hotel very clean and staff were amazing. We stayed in room 701. A big, bright, beautiful room with a massive balcony looking out to the sea. Our room was cleaned every day. There was a fridge for us to put our drinks in. Toiletries are provided in the bathroom and the shower was awesome. We had breakfast every day and there was always lots to choose from. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Just a short walk to the Marina to go on boat trips and enjoy other watersports. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to choose from. We will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Benidorm. We had a fabulous time!!!!!!! Thank you.

It's our preferred hotel when we look for a trip to Benidorm. Staff are lovely and helpful, the rooms are well presented with a useful small fridge, good size bathroom, always very clean. The location is excellent situated right next to the Poniente beach and a short walk to the Old Town.

I read a review recently from someone who complained the lifts were not working. There are two lifts at the hotel but only one goes to the sixth floor. Those rooms on the top floor with terraces have two wooden sunbeds. This person made the comment about them looking as if they were made from pallet boxes and there were no cushions to place on top of the beds. Well, having used those sunbeds they are comfortable enough and the thought of sweaty cushions on them sounds gross, plus it would mean the hotel having to wash them each time. Another complaint made was no tea or coffee making facilities for "self catering". Really!!
