Port Fiesta Park

We were a group of 11 celebrating a 50th birthday party with age range in the group from 48 to 58. We were required to pay a 50 euro deposit per room in line with company policy which is fair enough given the potential for issues with stag/hen do's etc. Found the hotel to be excellent value for money and the staff to be friendly and attentive. Breakfast is varied and fine. It is a hotel with predominantly Spanish guests and have read some reviews that they do not like the English. I/We did not find this to be the case. If you're respectful of the hotel/guests then it is generally reciprocated. You start acting like a typical drunk idiot abroad, expect to be treated accordingly.

All the staff were lovely, polite and helpful. We were in budget room, so it was dated which was what I expected. We were all inclusive. The meals were lovely even my daughters who is vegan was happy with the variety of food. All the areas of the hotel were clean and tidy. Lovely little shop in the inside the entrance to buy souvenirs at good prices. The owner was very helpful.

It would be nice to have clearer signs in English and German. We didn’t find the indoor swimming pool until we’d been there 4 days. If we’d asked at the reception they would have told us but we didn’t know it had one.

The hotel is three star so you dont expect a four or five star room. The bed was very comfortable, the bedding lovely and clean and we even had a balcony. There was lots of storage space. The bathroom was a good size and the facilities were fine (full length mirror, hairdryer, wardrobe). We were half board and the breakfast and dinner had plenty of varied food on offer. The food was actually very good, and the staff were super efficient. I think you would find it hard to beat Port Fiesta Park hotel for value for money. They even provide entertainment; we saw some very good dancers. The pool area was lovely and there were plenty of sunbeds, a big seating area in the shade and a good size bar. The hotel is on the Poniente side of Benidorm (less crowded) but is only a few minutes walk from the Old Town.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

was a bit out the way

Perfect location within walking distance of the old town poniente and levante beaches and of course the party areas. Breakfast was good and all very organised. The design and decoration inside the impressive outside view is modern and unique. It was also a very relaxing but exiting atmosphere and the staff delivered a top class service always with a smile and full focus on their customers. The rooms are high quality and the standard of cleanliness is second to none...

One thing I noticed was the very long and slightly confusing walk from the main entrance to the reception. Perhaps a more visible and comprehensive signage would help guide people in the right direction.

After two restless nights the changed my room without hesitation and the new room was quieter and had a balcony on which I could dry clothes. Both rooms were spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful and cheerful.

First room was noisy (Gate outside) and had no balcony so I couldn't wash clothes. For Benidorm I thought the bar closed very early therefore I never saw any entertainment in there. Also there seemed to be a very limited choice of draft drinks.

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations, we was only staying for 3 days for work so tried to stay relatively cheap. But when we arrived we couldn’t believe how big and lovely the hotel was, rooms are very clean, nice balcony and tv in room. Lovely bar area and pool. Helpful friendly staff. You couldn’t ask for more for the price we payed. The old town is only a 12 min walk away with beautiful restaurants, bars and views. The beach is also there too. Highly recommend for a budget friendly hotel you get way more than you pay for.

It was clean.. most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I never made it for breakfast so can't comment on the food. Had a few issues with the room. All but one were sorted quickly and efficiently.

After the shower the bathroom stunk of dirty /sewage water. And to be told after we turn up each individual had to pay €50 . Some didn't have it on them in cash and you couldn't pay with card

,Hotel has everything it tells you it has. We had a fun holiday enjoying the pool, if bad weather it was nice to be able to use the inside pool. To our surprise, despite we had booked budget room, we had newer room and really enjoyed our stay in there. The food was mostly ok, some days really good and we always found something for our taste. We liked the waitering staff, despite been really busy, most of them made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Location is nice, you get fast to the beach for example, shops near. Hotel all in all is clean and the staff friendly. During our stay there was alot to do and different shows every night.

Food quality did vary some days. Dining room was really full sometimes, people bumping to eachothers, hard to find table to sit to, some foods ending. Despite I put do not disturb-sign to our door since we didnt need new towels or such, the cleaner didnt respect this 3 different times during our stay, which was uncomfortable to me.

Superb shower high pressure water with good temperature control as required. Very clean all round. A lot of choice at breakfast, with all tastes catered for. Friendly reception staff who did everything needed without any trouble.

Cooked breakfast was warm not hot. (Microwave's around the dining room allowed you to heat things up if you wanted which helped.)
