Hotel Restaurant Bon Retorn

Beautiful hotel surrounded by countryside, excellent stop off whilst driving from France down to the south of Spain. Plenty of free secure parking. Very clean, quiet, modern room with a huge comfortable bed. We choose a room with a balcony, plenty of room to sit outside, had 2 chairs and a small table for convenience. Fabulous large swimming pool with loungers & free towels. Food was exceptional as was the setting. Fantastic staff who were incredibly helpful. Absolutely recommend this ‘gem’ of a hotel and will be re booking on my return home.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

A fabulous pet friendly hotel. A little way out of the centre of the town and on a small business estate. Reception staff very efficient, friendly and helpful. Hotel looks in tip top condition, very clean. Grounds clean, and beautifully kept. Our dog was not allowed into the main restaurant but staff were quick to set up a full table setting for us in the bar area for an evening meal. Meal was beautifully presented and tasty. Great selection of food and wines. Staff were very attentive and friendly Breakfast served in a separate area accommodating dogs if necessary. Again, great selection, nicely presented. Staff constantly cleaning the food area ensuring presentation 100% Nespresso pod Coffee machine….. they say you can judge a hotel by its coffee…… and this was fantastic…. And I am a coffee head! Fantastic value for money and I would highly recommend it.

À beautiful hotel, in the traditional Spanish style, with very modern spacious rooms. The bed was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed with good toiletries. There was a small refrigerator in the room, which was very useful. The bar was luxurious, and the restaurant served excellent meals. The mais service was good, and the staff were very helpful and polite.

Not a great requirement for some, but a larger Television would make viewing easier. The location in an industrial park does not make great views, but it is easily accessible

The food at the restaurant was excellent and the staff at the restaurant very attentionate to us and we had good advice about what food to choose and which wine to accomany the meal. We want to thank particularly David and the "maître d'hôtel" of the restaurant. They were both very friendly! The terrasse around the pool and the garden are beautiful and restful! many flowers around, very nice!

The hotel was modern and clean, with excellent facilities.Staff were attentive and courteous. The food was excellent and the fixed price menu offered good value for money.

The only let down was the train line that ran parallel to the hotel, but our room was around the back so it didn’t really bother us

The staff were all excellent which suggests there must be good management to have such good staff. Beautiful hotel building and outside shaded dining / drinks and leisure areas, big pool with lots of loungers, good rooms. Gardens immaculately maintained. So pleased we found this gem

Super nice hotel, not far from the motorway. The pool is huge and deep! The room was clean and quiet. The hotel has a good restaurant attached which we found very comfortable (no more driving needed after a long day on the road). The staff was excellent, very helpful and kind! Will definitely stay there again.

That we only had an afternoon for the nice pool and good food at this hotel!

The hotel is very comfortable and the sound proofing of the rooms is good. The hotel wasn't so full so it could be different at other times. Everywhere very comfortable, the pool is great and good space with lots of beds around the pool. The reception staff were very helpful.

Some of the restaurant staff weren't immediately so friendly, very formal but I wonder if that could be a language issue?

The room was good, the receptionist was very helpful and spoke several languages including english fluently. The weekend set meal was superb, 30 eu plus wine , well worth the money. The waiters were charming and attentive. It was quiet and they allow your dog in your room and the bar area.

The Maitre'd was somewhat aloof.

Breakfast was basic, not as nice as my previous accommodation. It was lacking in that there was a take it or leave it. Bonus coffee was an excellant self service. I think I was spoilt as I dined in the hotel's restaurant the night before and was treated impeccably. The restaurant food was great, but came at a premium price of course...

The bed, every time I moved it creaked and moaned. The breakfast was available but lacked finesse, not up to a hotel standard in my opinion.
