Night staff and kitchen staff were100% great!

50% of the staff could use a little more training in how to manage customer requests. The maid has been coughing for four days straight with no mask and all over the hall and the stairs Ect; We have refused Service to clean the room for this reason. When asked about this with management, they replied.No one in Logrono wears a mask. Ok, but if an employee is sick and spreading viruses everywhere, would it not be beneficial to your business to have them stay home or wear a mask? for the calibre of this hotel, I'm surprised no one seems to care about the customer's safety.

The room/bed

The lady reception was very arrogant at arrival. We went with the car passing by the street and you have to write down the car plate accordingly to not get penalty for being in the downtown.Second time I had to wait around 10 min in reception.nobody there.Reception area smell very bad.And if you want a coffee in morning in the bar, wait..because nobody come to attend you.Waitress are in the pantry talking.The only nice person was Rodrigo(the receptionist).

Nice big room. Staff friendly. Decent bathroom. Great location. Was able to park in their car park. Especially on the festival weekend. Had air con which was great. We would stay here again.

No views. Spa experience expensive. Breakfast expensive €20 - so didn't do it. However loads of other far cheaper options near by.

Location was excellent - walking distance to center yet not on the noisy streets. Room was also very nice and it was convenient to have a parking on site.

Breakfast was expensive and not very good value. Also, spa needs to be reserved one room at a time (why??) and thus we could not use it because it was fully booked all the time....

The room was lovely. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The only criticism was the hairdryer was useless. As we were only there for a couple of nights we didn't complain about it. Breakfast was excellent. Lots to eat and lots of choice. The lady overseeing the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Central location for the town and very quiet as the road had restricted access. It was a little disconcerting entering the road where the hotel was situated because there was a camera and a sign informing you not to enter at certain times. After speaking to reception, we were advised that hotel guests were exempt. It would have been better to have known this before hand.

Parking was a bit expensive and it would have been helpful to know this before booking. 18 euros per night was fairly high but your car was safe and easily accessible from the hotel.

Centrally located in the old town, excellent directions given when booking and parking was available to book too. The staff were pleasant and helpful and spoke good English, a bonus for a Brit with very limited Spanish. The room was clean, ideal for a couple and very well furnished with every amenity you would expect.

There is no restaurant, just a breakfast room. Usually that would not be a problem but for a Monday arrival, it was very hard to find a restaurant as most were closed. Plenty of bars were open but most did not serve food and off those that did, it was mostly snacks.

Did not have breakfast in the hotel, because we always select room only. The location of the hotel is tricky due to local restrictions around the old town. However, the hotel advice and directions were brilliant. If travelling by car I would recommend pre booking the parking. The recommendations of where to eat/drink from the guy on reception could not have been better.

We only wishes that we could have stayed longer than one night

Everything except the screaming kids in the court yard in the morning. Appreciate this was not the hotel fault but it did spoil the peace and quiet we wanted in the morning. Also didn't like that the wellness and hammam was not available for us due to all booked out. That was the main seller for us. The hotel itself and staff are very nice and professional we just didn't get to enjoy main reasons for booking. Breakfast was wonderful and rooms very spacious with bath tab as well. Nice super clean place in centre of Logrono

Hydrotherapy was outstanding! Excellent service and personal attention to all guests - at least what I observed. Staff bent over backwards to deliver a tremendous experience! Very disappointed my husband and I were unable to stay in old building.

I booked here for historic and romance. We were placed in new building. Just be clear when you book, and I’m sure they will do what they can to accommodate 💕

The staff's attention to detail, hospitality and helpful suggestions were very much appreciated after a long day of traveling. Our room was well appointed with exceptional attention to every architectural detail and comfort a traveler would need for a short or extended stay. The accommodations, breakfast selections and proximity to Calle Laurel exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay there again.

Our stay was exceptional. The neighbors across from our room had their windows open and got into a bit of a tiff which could be heard from our room but sometimes this can't be avoided no matter where you stay.
