The staff were super friendly and welcoming, very kind and giving us tips about the city's attractions, this was honestly amazing! And they left us a small present from Rioja - we were very grateful for this! The room and bathroom were very spacious, with the nice writing table right in front of the window and the view was just awesome, with panoramic windows, you could see a good deal of the city center, the mountains, and even the ancient wall which used to surround the city. Location is sublime!

The bed was not double bed, but to be fair - our room had the most awesome view, so if that was the cost for the view - happy to pay it :) The bed linens were set up kind of weirdly - they got quickly moved and messed up. Also unfortunately the coffee during breakfast wasn't good (to my taste)

The location was superb. Just within the pedestrianised area of Old Logrono and by the tapas bars, restaurants and shops. A three minute walk in another direction and you're in a lovely park by the river Ebro. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculately clean. We travel to Logrono regularly and this will be our preferred place to stay from now on.

The underground car park was challenging with very tight spaces and many columns to avoid. However, it was still preferable to finding street parking or feeding meters in the nearby pay and display car park.

Excellent location. In the heart of everything but very quiet hotel especially on a lively Friday night. Having free charging onsite for our electric car was a real bonus. Very good English spoken by all staff. Logrono is a great place to stay. Try the Japanese restaurant near Hotel Bracos, it's excellent and we don't normally rave about Japanese food

The hotel is difficult to find as it's in a pedestrianised area and the sat nav tries to take you into a no entry road. Before setting off ask the hotel for the name of the street you need to go through to get there. Once you have that it's easy to find. You have to drive your car into a narrow metal lift to go down to the car park. A bit scary first time as our car is quite big but it was fine

Location was fantastic! Staff were amazing! Room was great! Logrono was fun!

The car park was a challenge. The parking is very tight and you need to reverse into car park after taking the lift down. We were happy to walk around Logrono area and catch buses! If you have a very small car to park it would be great. We stayed for four nights and decided not to move the car from the car park.

Staff were professional and quickly checked us in. After a long day on the Camino this was very comfortable hotel with truly everything we needed. The little things were so nice. From shampoo to lotion; a safe to stocked mini bar- this hotel had it all. We wanted to sleep-in and stay longer. Thank you for a wonderful night of rest. There is a bar next door that we had dinner which was also fantastic.

We faced a lane or residential building. Someone had to in a hotel. It was fine for us as we needed sleep anyway and it was quieter.

Nice small modern hotel in a pedestrian priority street close to the river walks and all the city centre attractions. Quiet breakfast area with a nice selection of options for the price.

We had a stressful arrival as it was not obvious the street is pedestrian priority and one way, so sat nav led us to the adjacent roundabout with no idea how to get to their reception or parking garage. The garage is accessed by a car lift and the parking in it is very tight indeed! Glad we had hired a very small car!!

The location the was amazing. The staff were very friendly. We will stay again and have recommended it to friends who are visiting next month. Love looking out on the square and people-watching.

It was a bit loud but we were on first floor on the square during a festival. It didn't bother us and we slept really well but we couldn't sleep with the window open. Not really a dislike but if you're a light sleeper and like to sleep with window open, then maybe request a room at the back or higher.

Loved the location as was a short walk to tapa streets , shopping and historic centre. Room was large and comfortable. Fridge and jug in room . Window could be open for fresh air doing the day . Breakfast was delicious and lady working at breakfast was marvellous and made sure things were topped up and most helpful.Parking by underground lift next to hotel .

Shower fitting was hard to adjust . Smoke smell sometimes in hallways ( cigs) stale !!!

Absolutely loved this hotel - one of the best we have ever stayed at! The location is right in the centre with lots of car-parking nearby (100m) which was easily accessible. The hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever seen, not just our room but throughout the building! Check-in was friendly, professional and quickly accomplished. The room was fantastic, the hotel had even provided dog-bed and feeding bowls (as we were travelling with our pet) in the spacious room, very dog-friendly throughout. The bed was extra-large and extremely comfortable. The room facilities were worthy of a 5 star hotel and the minibar/fridge was most welcome! A kettle with tea/coffee facilities was also provided. Bathroom was immaculate with large, fluffy towels and all the facilities were fully working. The bathroom was large with marble tiling, very nice!

I could not name a single improvement here!!!

Clean, comfortable room with a large/well equipped ensuite which included toiletries and a hairdryer. Nice powerful shower. We opted for an extra large bed to avoid having a small/standard double bed; we weren't disappointed as had an Emperor sized bed! Our room window faced into street lighting but the triple curtains effectively blocked out the light so no problems. WiFi worked well. Excellent buffet breakfast.....and the first we've had anywhere since the start of the pandemic, so happy days! We opted to park in the hotel which has underground parking accessed via a car lift. A tight fit getting in our Lexus 450H SUV but it worked well. There are even some electric charging points for those who need them. Friendly and helpful staff. We've always bypassed Logroño on our way from the Costa Blanca to catch the ferry at Santander/Bilbao. But the sailing times warranted an overnight stop this time and we thoroughly enjoyed our wander around this town and the hotel stay.

We didn't dislike anything. But just a small word of caution that although the hotel is very well located in the heart of town, the entrance (via Portales) is on a cobbled street that is part of a pedestrianised area that proved a little tricky to identify via our satnav systems. Also the yellow road signs refer to Hotel Portales and the hotel is actually Hotel Sercotel Portales.....presumably some rebranding.
