The location is perfect, very close to Grand Via. Room was very clean, and the stuff super friendly. The price for the late checkout was just right.

Our room was a bit noisy, the A/C control was not working, neither the safe inside the closet. When we arrived, the bedding was completely wet. We asked the staff if they could change them and they solved it quickly. Price could be better.

This hotel is just off the Gran Via in Madrid so the location is excellent. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was fine but I can't be more enthusiastic. Despite getting an upgrade to a room with a terrace the room was a bit on the pokey side and on one of our two days there the drains smelled very unpleasant. It was fine though as a place to sleep.

Nothing really. As I said above it was perfectly good. The smelly drain was unpleasant but it was only a problem on one of the two days so it doesn't appear to be a permanent fault. The WiFi was a bit slow too but it often is in hotels

The hotel was great value for money. Location was amazing with easy walking access across the tourist destinations. Room was a bit small. The room temperature was very high and the staff kindly listened to the issue and tried to solve the problem but still it couldn't get fixed. The only solution was to open the balcony door at night to keep the room temperature reasonable.

The temperature of the room and the bathroom exhaust was not working

the hotel is in a fantastic location within walking distance of the old centre of Madrid. the staff are exceptional and try really hard to make the stay special

the wi-fi was a nightmare. the staff team tried really hard to solve it but I found it very difficult to access the internet when I needed to. whilst it’s not the main thing I need on holiday, it did make a few things back home a little harder than they needed to be

The location is perfect, the hotel is extremely close to metro station Noviciados. The bed was really comfortable. It was quite silent. The employees were friendly.

Everything about our stay was perfect. However the room we booked was on first floor with a window to a tiny patio (which we did know) and we did not have direct sunlight. It was no problem as we did not spend much time indoors. If you intend to stay inside more, perhaps I could suggest you to book a superior room.

The breakfast was, unfortunately, really poor (no eggs, no variety on ham and sausages), also compare with what the picture in the elevator promises This was really the only disappointing !

The faucet in the bathroom wasn't working properly... it doesn't let set the water temperature correctly. It would need a check !

The balcony, the quiet street below even though in the heart of Madrid, the helpful staff, the great location

As they do not have a bar or a restaurant, a kettle and tea and coffee in the rooms woukd hsve been a good idea. The television had channels in Austrian and French, but nothing in English, not even CNN

Great location, quick walk to the Grand Via. Safe and staff were friendly. Very pleasant to deal with. Good value for money

The decor could be a bit whiter and brighter. The breakfast could incorporate some bacon and eggs. The terraces need an umbrella as it got very hot to sit out there.

Very good location. In the heart of Madrid CBD - walking distance to C.Gran Vía and near by attractions. A lot of restaurants, bars and convienent stores nearby.

The air conditioninig is a bit noisy in the night as there is no control to adjust fan speed.

The room itself was very good...

...however, the air conditioning did not work at all well, if at all, during the hot days and nights of the recent heat wave. The airflow landed squarely on the bed nearest the windows, so tended to be too cool, but the overall room temperature did not change, as measured by the thermometer and our experience.
