The location was perfect!! Couldn't have asked for better! The staff is very helpful! Has an amazing restaurant just on the next door, and the tv on the room was amazing!

My room was better suited for 1 person. I travelled with a friend and having an almost transparent glass separating the bathroom from the room it didn't make it super comfortable. The room was a bit small, but nothing against that as we were there only to sleep, although a bit more space would've been good. Apart from it I'd recommend it.

Very good smell and clean room. We booked a basic room, it was small but had all you need. Very good location, friendly staff

The shower is in the room separated only by glass. For us (as a couple) this was no problem, but think twice if you book a room with your mother in law;-)

There were many restaurants around the hotel like Shangri-la Bar Dimsum Hong-Kong kitchen etc. Which are reasonably priced. Burger king is also just across the hotel where one can have breakfast. There is a Chinese restaurant called Tom Yum which can be accessed through the hotel. The Plaza Espana Metro Station is only 1 minute walking distance. Callao and Gran Via - are within 5 to 7 minutes walking distance There is a Grocery store beside Shangri-la bar dimsum I.e. the road opposite the hotel. Location is 10 on 10 The rooms were exceptionally clean. Maybe a water cooler in the reception would be fantastic.

Only drawback there was no breakfast option.

Staff were always smiling and very helpful. Very comfortable bed and soft towels. Good shower. Public areas and room very clean, with stylish design and decor, great lighting and workspace. Delicious coffee. Excellent location, just a few metres from metro station "Plaza de España" and buses on Gran vía (number 001 electric mini bus is free!)

Our "superior double" room was a little small for two people: one person's side of the bed was tight against the window and the foot end of the bed was touching another wall, so impossible to get out without climbing over the other person. It wasn't a problem for us, but if you have mobility problems be sure to request a room with more space. This is central Madrid, with noise from the street at night, even with double glazing, on the 4th floor. Ask for a room at the back if you are on business or not a "night owl".

Though rooms are on the spartan side, I have no complaints. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet at night. Located not a block from the Plaza España, it could not be more convenient. I cannot speak highly enough regarding the staff. They are SO accommodating. For a traveler traveling single, the size of the room was not a problem. It would be pretty small for more than one, though, or so I would guess. I would return and I would recommend it to travelers similar to myself.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just behind Plaza de Espana. There are plenty of shops and places to eat nearby and a good DIA supermarket. The bed linen was luxurious, the bed was very comfortable and I had a wonderful night’s sleep. The water pressure in the shower was superb. My room was small but comfortable. I was upgraded to a superior room on the 6th floor, which was appreciated - thank you. Also, I was given a kettle when I checked in to use to make my tea (thank you) and I could have really done with a fridge to keep my milk fresh.

Unfortunately, the air con didn’t work. There was no fridge (very unusual for a decent hotel) and no trash bin. It’s a small hotel so don’t expect anything big and fancy.

Small lovely hotel with great people working there. The hotel is in the city center and has everything you need for a few nights. It's great if you need a place to leave your things, sleep and take a shower. There's a coffee shop and a lovely restaurant in the same building.

The room was small. It worked ok for me but keep it in mind if you need more space. And some minor improvements can be done. My bedding was clean, but some seams on the duvet cover were torn. There was also construction near the entrance one day, but my room had windows on the other side of the building, so I haven't heard a thing. There wasn't a kettle or fridge in the room, which was surprising, but it didn't cause any inconvenience for the short stay.
