Vincci Vía - 66

Nice location, comfy beds and big room/bathroom. Welcoming staff, solid room interior design. More or less what is expected from Vincci hotels. Interesting elevators and very nice rooftop bar with great views.

The shower had very low pressure. Although the room was on the 8th floor it should work a bit better. Also, 4 star hotels should already change old TV for smart ones, people anyway just want to connect other devices. There is only one electric socket on each side of the double bed, with all the technology people carry with them there should be more available.

It is a smaller Vincci but equal in all other aspects. The cleanliness and front desk service have no equal. Ishmael at the front desk was attentive to every need we had. The decor of this hotel with stained glass windows throughout and elegant elevators is very impressive. There is also a beautiful rooftop tapas bar that was relaxing and spacious. When I asked for a suggestion of a place to go for the best seafood in Madrid, the young lady at the front desk suggested "Casa Gallega." It was beyond any seafood I or my husband have ever tasted! So, I am definitely going to recommend this restaurant as well. It is not within walking distance but the taxis are very inexpensive and very polite.

No complaints at all. It is also centrally located--an added plus.

Location excellent. 1 min from metro which has a 40 min route to the airport. You are literally on the main stip and eveything important in the city is within 20 mins walk. The decor and room itself was a bit different (in a good way). Would stay again.

They didn't have a contingency when it rained for the roof terrace bar. As there was a private function in the dining room there was no option for me as a guest to eat at the hotel. So had to go out and get soaked in the rain for dinner. That left me feeling a bit second tier and no alternative was offered.

Location and breakfast with quality choice of delicious sweets & savoury plus fresh fruits not canned. Nespresso coffee is used for coffee lovers. Beautiful view only if your room is with a terrace. A very efficient receptionist Sara & a very friendly welcoming Romer at breakfast hall made our stay a five star.

The first night, the room I booked wasnt so clean and run down but when I upgraded to top floors with a terrace, it was clean and had all the necessities that a four star should offer like robes, slippers etc.. addition that was great there was deodorant & Nespresso machine.

An excellent hotel in an even more excellent location. The room and bathroom are spacious and nicely decorated. Beautiful dining room and very nice breakfast. A bar on the roof is a very nice addition at the end of the day, you see a beautiful sunset. The most important thing is the staff at the reception and especially Alex with whom I contacted before by email and they organized a surprise for my daughter which was the most important to me and made the trip for us. Thank you very much!

Beautiful place in the center of Madrid. Staff very nice, really helpful, I was not happy with the room at the begining and they were able to help me and provide a much better room, thank you very much. Staff in the breakfast buffet really nice. The guy responsible of the breakfast really nice and profesional. The hotel really clean and beautiful.

The first room I was allocated I was not happy but they were very nice and upgrade me paying a supplement. The receptionist lady really helpful and nice.

Fantastic location, it is in the city center and you can reach a lot of places by walk. Very kind staff, very comfortable bed (and it is not "French" but bigger) and comfortable bathroom. Very good breakfast and the coffe was Nespresso. Very silent room. We were lucky and we had a room at the 10th floor. Fantastic view!

Not really important cons: - The particular sliding door for bathroom was not so easy to close (same type as the one for the wardrobe in the picture). - I preferr to have only the shower in the room, not the bath tub with shower. I never took the time for a bath in a hotel room, so a shower for me it is more comfortable and to get in and out it is a solution that reduce a lot the risk to fall.

We only have words of praise for this hotel. The hotel is very nicely done and very modern. We had a very comfortable 7-night stay at Vincci Via 66. It is right on Gran Via so location is excellent. We were given an upgraded room which was very comfortable, modern and clean. The bed & pillows were the best - we had the best sleep here! The reception staff are all very welcoming and ready to assist to our requests. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to others.

This places is super nice. It's in the middle of the action which is the Gran Via street. It has a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. It also a has a train station like 2 min walking distance. My room was spacious enough and I had a balcony which has a nice view of the Gran Via and I can see the Palacio Real from there too. The staff was super friendly, the let us know when our room was available so we were able to refresh and check in. The rooftop bar is nice to have some drinks.

Vinci staff are really sweet. The boy at the desk is a sweetheart who gave me the topmost floor when I requested. The staff make you feel at ease. The tub is amazing and big. Loved it. Good room cleaning staff!!

The drainage system and plumbing kind of sucks. I had a very weak shower. The walls are paper thin and that's inconvenient for noisy people like me. No freebies at all during check in and the room service menu kind of sucks. It's not very convenient location wise. It's at the far end of gran via so you have to walk a bit uphill to get to the shopping centre.
