Hotel Cappuccino - Palma

We really liked the location, the decor of our room and the hotel as well as the friendly and helpful approach of the staff. Tom on reception deserves special mention for making us welcome on our arrival from the ferry at 5.00 am! He made a special effort to ensure that we were as comfortable as possible whilst we waited for our room to be available.

The shower over the bath was not ideal with the risk of flooding the bathroom ever present. It came as a shock after having separate showers in the previous two hotels in Madrid and Barcelona. The bathroom was plenty big enough to accommodate a separate shower. Housekeeping was a bit haphazard in cleaning/making up the room with no meaningful evening turn down service.

I hated when the sun would rise in the morning my room would be very sunny n bright. it would wake me up so early because the sunlight was coming in the room over the very top of the curtains. the curtains need a cover along the curtain rods so the cover would block out the sun.

Location in the old town was ideal with easy access to some excellent restaurants. The style of the hotel was very elegant, better than expected, and was matched the discretion yet very helpful and friendly staff. Also loved that, as residents, we were given priority when wanting to be seated in either the bar outside seating areas. The rooftop pool also offered a little extra area of tranquility.

location, superb breakfast, ambiance and interiors(very soho home) exceptional staff, fabulous cocktails, rooms are fabulous and the pool terrace was a huge bonus . free water up there and free Evian water in rooms daily. will definitely stay again as Parma is stunning. ombu restaurant for the best tapas.

Pool on roof was very small with very few sunbeds but it was very stylish and a nice touch and we only used it once. We knew it wasn’t a large pool and didn’t intend to spend much time at the pool so it didn’t matter too much to us

Had to wait a very long time (over half an hour) for our room to be cleaned on our return one afternoon, they were part way through when we turned up. The staff were aware we were waiting but seemed very keen to do the job to an unnecessarily high standards which took a very long time and really we would have preferred to have just gone in. The room was not dirty and in no way required a full turnaround!

We LOVED Hotel Cappuccino. The location was absolutely perfect. The staff was outstanding and we thought the breakfasts were wonderful. Probably the best breakfast we’ve had in any hotel we’ve stayed in. The room was great and the bed very comfortable. The toiletries in the bathroom were lovely … a beautiful scent. We ate there on the two evenings we were there and loved the ambiance and the food.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

We included breakfast in our rate -- a little pricey but lovely food and as it was served until 12pm, we didn't need lunch as well. Very accommodating staff. Spacious, well appointed room and bathroom. Lovely rooftop terrace and pool. Great location, suprisingly quiet.

Nothing really -- the coffee machine wasn't great - not a big deal but you asked :-)

Breakfast was quite expensive. Electric plugs near the floor behind furniture, which was really not practical for charging. Need to park 200m away, but it was ok to drop off and pick up luggage by the door.

great location. very clean - house keeping do a great job here. Food is very good, but the most important thing for us was the staff and their excellent attitude. whether the cleaning ladies or the waiters and front desk / all very professional and charming

It would have been nice if you could sit by the pool later in the evening, but I suspect there are reasons why it closes
