Receptionists need more training

The hotel is off a little back street, not far from the center of Palma, lovely little entrance into the hotel with an inner courtyard leading up to the various rooms. Don't be put off by the street view if you look it up on Google Maps. Room was really well decorated, exceptionally clean with some gifts throughout our stay (I'll leave you to find out what these are). Breakfast was from a menu, a good selection of freshly cooked items, you can order as much or as little as you like. We didn't eat in the evenings in the hotel in the end, with plenty of restaurants in Palma to explore & choose from. Really friendly staff, coffee on arrival & nothing was any trouble.

The only thing we didn't like, our room was directly above the courtyard which was lovely, apart from when we headed to bed, the noise from diners below was really loud, the shutters from our room overlooking the courtyard below, didn't quite close properly & didn't do much for any sound deadening. This is the only grumble we have on an otherwise lovely few days stay, will definitely return to this hotel (but maybe have another room!)

Such a tranquil space in the middle of Palma Old Town. A few steps away and you have a wide choice of restaurants and bars. The staff were warm and friendly Bedrooms and beds were so comfortable slept really well with ZERO noise. Breakfast was super and the location of the hotel meant EVERRYTHING was withing easy walking distance. Loved our stay in Palma!!

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is friendly. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and the room was comfortable.

This hotel is now connected to their other hotel and those facilities weren't great. The rooftop "pool" at that hotel is laughable. While the staff did warn us it was small, I would recommend they don't mention the pool to any guests at Puro Grand. It's a lukewarm bath. Our room was also only serviced 50% of the time.

It is an amazing hotel in a beautiful place - in the really old town. I liked the surprice in the room - a bracelet, these small details are that makes the diferense. The only crazy thing is the bathroom- the IQ test by using the shower. .... 😅. As in every cool hotels this time arround the word ...😊.

In the bathroom could be more possibilities for hangign the towels.

The hotel was exceptional. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Boutique style interior. Location was perfect, really central but quiet. Bed was enormous and comfortable. Food was delicious. Would highly recommend.

We were waiting almost an hour for our meal but when it came it was so delicious it was worth the wait.

The staff was impeccable, the breakfast great, The room really good and the style very beautiful, it’s a historical old building just recently restored! we enjoyed our stay and we would recommend the hotel.

The only problem is that there is no way to park the car very close to the hotel as it’s located in the old town.

there was nothing to dislike about this hotel. The spa is a small challenge for them as it’s a historical building.

In the evening due to the Lo action of some rooms you may hear the dining and celebrating crowds from the restaurants

The location was superb. Only 2 mins walk from the centre. The room was small but well equipped and the bed and linen was top quality. Hotel staff could not do enough for you and nothing was too much trouble.
