Eurostars Plaza Acueducto

One of the friendliest staff I have ever met. Perfect location. Very comfortable bed.

WiFi didn't work most of the time. Even when it worked, it was so bad that I couldn't use it. I found a few black hairs in the shower.

The rooms in this hotel are very comfortable. Good size room with a comfortable bed and shower with bathtub. Very few rooms have a view - so many sure to book the right one if you want it. The location is fantastic -- as this is a modern place just across from the beginning of old town and historic landmarks.

This was marked as a 4-star hotel, but in my experience, it is more like 3. Again very comfortable - but not luxurious.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the aqueduct. The car parking is OK

There is no kettle and no coffee machine in the room. Also, the hotel does not have a cafeteria. There is no possibility in the evening to drink tea or coffee in the hotel. is very disappointed. Condition not suitable for the level of a hotel

location, direct view of acueducto from room was great. AC worked well (not always case in Spain). location to historic sites was excellent. if you need Burger King or McDonalds fix, they are next door. bed was very nice. Staff was accommodating and very nice. we had to leave last morning prior to breakfast hours and they packed us two really nice “picnic” meals. Parking garage on site for guests only.

Great location

Air conditioning didn't work, as it was centrally controlled, The staff kept giving excuses, like the engineer, was not on duty, & that floor cannot be controlled. Staff would tell us to keep windows open, which resulted in flies coming in the room & traffic noise!

Right by the aqueduct, with parking included. Room with a view. Large comfortable room.

Roadworks outside meant we were given a different road to out in our saunas and both this and Google maps kept trying to take us down no entry streets to get to it - 4 attempts before some police helped us by getting us to follow them down a no entry street.

i particularly liked my room with a view of the Aquaduct. A very lively area too for cafes and restaurants in the evening just through the Aquaduct. There was a convenient McDonalds and ButgerKing just underneath my room which might be good for some visitors.

A minor problem was the “hot” items for breakfast were not hot….barely lukewarm. Otherwise the breakfast selection was good.

The view from our hotel window is to die for! We had a big bed and spacious room. Cleaning staff were attentive to detail and our room was thoroughly cleaned each day. Buffet breakfast selection was very good!

Not having tea/coffee facilities in the room, especially after a long journey. It is what guests appreciate, even if it isn't a necessity for a 4* hotel. We managed to connect to the internet but signal came and went. All that aside, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location. Great view from the window. Good breakfast. Practical parking.

The wifi didn’t work in our room. The bed was not very comfortable . There was a lot of noise when the restaurants next to the hotel packed up the tables and chairs late at night. Rather expensive, but I suppose you pay for the location.

The hotel was just what we required. Very functional and the staff were excellent. The location was one of the best I have experienced. The aqueduct was less than a one minute stroll and could be seen from our window. The amazing cathedral was close by as was the palace.

Unless the hotel were able to offer a 50% discount then there was nothing I could find fault with.
