Hotel Cetina Palacio Ayala Berganza

The helpful staff and the lobby was lovely. The bathroom was spacious.

The hotel is lovely, but our room was on the ground floor and while it overlooked an odd courtyard (with astroturf) the bathroom overlooked a parking lot. The glass bathroom door let in the parking lot light and while there was a heavy curtain, the set up was a bit weird. I would opt for an upper room. Our room did not look at all like the photos in the listing. The hotel is a bit of a ways from the center of Segovia, but only a 10 min walk

Great stay. Very friendly and very helpful staff - the lady presented three options and all there pros and cons - great. She also recommended a walk through the city which we did and was really nice. Pretty lobby, beautiful and spacious room and at least our booking had a good value for money (<70€). Great breakfast. All the Spanish breakfast plus some specials like guacamole and usual continental breakfast as well.

Only minor issues. When we checked in, we first got a room without garden view but this was corrected fast. And we had to pass, i.e., to manually open and close, 4 doors to reach our room. A bit sad that this hotel is not disabled-friendly: although there are lifts and a ramp in the lobby, you always also have to pass steps.

Nice and helpful staff. Perfect location 3 minutes walk from the aqueduct. Really nice breakfast - good quality jamon and cheeses. Exquisite room, with great view. Really nice bathroom, with huge windows. A really nice touch - the TOUS toiletries and even a hair straightener. And a hint for those that enjoy local food - just across the street, you can find a great restaurant - La Codorniz.

The walls seem to be really thin, we could hear the neighbors coughing and even using the bathroom in the night.

The desk staff were very helpful, especially Cynthia ! The breakfast & bar staff were great and it was a relaxing space.

Unfortunately we had a room overlooking three tapas bars so we didn't have a very good sleep. Noise of party goers went all night and we had to shut the windows, which made the room very stuffy. We thought we had booked a garden view room. We didn't complain at the time because once you're settled into a room, it just doesn't seem worth the effort to make a fuss.

Beautifully renovated ancient "palazzo" with very helpful and cheerful, english speaking staff close to the main walking street with all the restaurants and the awe inspiring Roman aquaduct. A huge room with a centuries old cupboard added to the ambiance.

Parking was a bit difficult, but it's the same problem in all the sightseeing hotspots. There are parking cellars at about 22 Euro/ 24 hrs. When you search booking.com with the parking filter enabled, you are shown the way to the nearest public parking facility. This is not really what I understand about a "hotel with parking".

Large room, had my daughter with us and she had a proper bed. Was well heated, bed was large and comfortable, shower was great with good hot water and pressure. The included breakfast was awesome with a massive selection of food. It’s super close to all the attractions of Segovia within walking distance

The only slight negative was a slight smell of smoke in the room

The room was large and beautiful - almost felt like I was in a Spanish parador, with the historic feel and cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable, location was excellent - I could walk to all of Segovia's historic sites several ways. Staff were wonderful, always so helpful and friendly.

Noise from large families carried down the hallways. I would have appreciated being able to control the AC myself - it was much too forceful when it was on and I had to call reception to turn it on or off.

Excellent central location for walking to every POI in the city. Before our arrival, the hotel provided us detailed information on how to get to the hotel and options for car parking. There is a public parking facility nearby but we chose to park our car on the street next to hotel with hourly payment. This makes sense financially since the city offers free street parking from 8:00pm to 9:30am and we only stayed from one night.

Beautiful, historic hotel in centre of town -though some way from main sights. The staff were absolutely excellent, with particular praise for Miriam and Raquel. who solved problems with great skill and ease, and also Therese who made us feel very welcome in the restaurant. The cleaner was also great.

The only complaint was the lighting. There was not enough in the bedroom and did not come on quickly enough on the stairs.

The interior decoration is very special, the environment is quiet, and the location is great. It is within a 20-minute walk from important attractions. The scenery is pleasant. The breakfast is rich and delicious.

The room is spacious, but only one chair is not enough. It is not possible for two people to sit down to use the computer or write something at the same time. The lighting is insufficient and it is very dim at night. There are flies and bugs flying around the room to disturb people.
