Hotel ELE Acueducto

Excellent location, just metres away from the aqueduct, even though our rooms did not have a view of it, but you could see it the moment you stepped out of the hotel door. Close to the tourist information office (who were extremely helpful). Great to have a small fridge in the room in the hot weather. No parking outside the hotel although you can stop for 5 minutes to unload bags. The hotel offers a parking deal with the nearest underground carpark for 18 euros a night (I think), however, the concierge told us that on street parking was allowed and directed us to a residential street where it was safe to leave our hire car.

The aircon was not brilliant and was really needed in the hot weather. The hotel is quite dated- the bathroom was a bit dark and =old fashioned and the shower not very fast. That said the accommodation was adequate/comfortable enough for a 2 night stay.

I have stayed at this hotel many, many times since, I believe, 1988! The location is incredible with a fabulous view of the Aqueduct of Segovia, the location with respect to the bus one takes to the train station is a very short walk.

The room and bathroom could definitely use an update. But if you are looking for location, this definitely fits the bill.

Great location, the staff is friendly, you can take Line 11 to Renfe station, you can take Line 10 in the plaza to Segovia Castle. and you can also walk around 10 mins to Segovia Bus station

The only problem is that the heating system is high and we feel so much heat in the night, so we turn it off (you can not control the air condition)

Excellent location within easy walking distance from the Plaza Mayor and cathedral. Stunning views looking down on the Roman Aqueduct from our balcony and across to the historical city skyline. It was 5th of January, the eve of Reyes Magos so we coudwatch the three kings parade too from our generously upgraded room. Many thanks.

The chap on reception panicked a little about parking the motorcycle outside while unloading/checking in. Eluded to police being there in minutes to book us if we didn't move it. Rather indicative of an oppressive regime locally!!

The location is really good and the view of the aqueduct outstanding!! The room was clean and fairly spacious.

No complementary parking is available, and 18 Euros per day for paid parking is expensive. We had two single beds... they weren't comfortable and the central heating was too hot.

Its location is superb, a stones throw from the Aqueduct and the busy centre. The room was big and the bed comfy

The car parking. We were led to believe that a reduced rate had been arranged for hotel guests but on checking out the full rate of 18euros was required and not all the 24hours had been used. this should be made a feature of the hotel information .

great location right next to Aqueduct. Rooms large, good heating, and lots of towels. Staff friendly at reception. Corridors not too loud late at night - even though there was a carnival the weekend i stayed.

Location was an excellent location view of aqueduct and easy walking would recommend as comfy beds and efficient air conditioning
