Good staff, clean rooms, comfortable to travel, hot water shower, a large cupboard, comfortable dining area. Very clean bathrooms

Great location, staff was very nice and helpful. Very green surroundings.

Bed sheets need a bit of an update. Some facilities might need some renovation. WiFi acted quite strangely sometimes. Sound isolation is not the best. If you're a light sleeper, bring your ear plugs.

Uphill hotel with a very good location. Staff is avaliable at all the time and willing to help you with booking tuk tuk, tours and etc. It has a nice view from the neat and clean rooms

The location is great, its on top of a hill though. So if you get the driver to go all the way up, its good otherwise you will have to walk up. Clean Room, with AC. Comfortable Bed. Good Bathroom. Great Staff! Very Accommodating!

Nothing much I didn't like. The breakfast could have been better. With more varieties.

* Location - Close to the city center and palace. Easy access to lots of other locations. * Staff - The front desk and other staff were very supportive and helped us with our requirements. Easy check-in and checkout. * Food - We only had breakfast, which was sumptuous and delicious. * Room - Spacious, clean, and nice with good balcony views. The bathroom was big and clean too.

* Bit more hygiene. Our electric kettle was dirty, which was replaced though on request.

Breakfast is nice. They have an English breakfast with some different Sri Lankan food items. Immaculate and tasty food. Parking is good we had enough space for parking. Clean Washrooms. We were able to get milk rice for the dalada maligawa. The view is also not bad.

It could be better if they had an elevator for the upper levels. The part of the view is nice. The road to the property must be serviced. We have seen some spots needed to be repaired.

Nice mountains views from the room, which has a little balcony too :) Helpful and caring staff. Special thanks to Pranasanna who took me to hospital and spent hours there with me when I sprained my ankle. He did me a kindness and I will forever be appreciative of this.

They offer only breakfast, so if you want food during the day you have to go out, or get food delivered to the hotel through the Sri Lankan App Pickme.

We loved staying here, such a nice hotel, great location with comfortable beds, lovely & hot shower, really clean with great facilities. The staff were lovely and super helpful.

Only tiny tiny thing was that they do a standard international breakfast - we've been a bit spoiled at other places with amazing Sri Lankan breakfasts and we missed that here. But the breakfast was nice as it went with different options.

I loved the view,from my bedroom. The hotel was clean, the staff very nice and helpful. Two free bottles of water offered everytime the bedroom was cleaned.

Sometimes the kitchen was closed during the evening, and the breakfast (which was good and healthy) was quite the same everyday.

Excellent location for us as we prefer to be away from the main area, so the quiet end of the lake was perfect. Staff were very helpful and welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch. Extremely comfortable beds and excellent air con which cooled the room down quickly. Buffet breakfast was great with a reasonable choice.

No buffet on the first night due to less guests which was understandable. Also steep hill to the property which wasn't a problem for us.
