everything is special as expected exceptional. breakfast was also nice but can be better for this exceptional place ;)

airconditioning is sucks . family white pods are not for kids under 10 years . I will put also the air condition how dirty it was . we also have ordered a dinner at our room. for kids the hamburgers were rouw meet almost not cooked . we have told but we still had to pay , they only not changed for bringing .

it was really amazing experience all together and loved the place. Each and every person staff in Whitepod is so polite so helpful so soft spoken. Honestly nothing nothing except restaurant experience. There are multiple reasons (1) even though I booked the table 1 day before , i was not given a good table rather somewhere inside. If I don’t get better experience then its not worth to come down for 30 mins rather have dinner at POD. (2) I preferred to book restaurant table for dinner as i thought that I will have broader option there as food item but restaurant menu is so restricted. (3) its not worth with respect to cost . Even though they take 25 chf as delivery charge, its cheaper than restaurant with same menu option. Honestly not worth to to come down in winter specially with kid. May be its my perception so don’t thing as negative.

We loved our stay here! The swiss cabins are beautiful and the use of the spa and hot tub are really nice. Lots of hiking nearby and a great view. The swiss cabins have very odd check-in hours. You can not check in until 5 pm ad checkout is at 1pm. It was really nice on the second day and the staff let us use the facilities while we were waiting for check-in. But I just thought it was worth writing. The place is really beautiful and the cabin was super comfy for 6 people. Just bring your own cutting board and knives because those were missing. Overall really recommended. Also the wifi was good and they allow dogs!

Everything was great! Breakfast could have included eggs or cheese for free, but it wasn't bad to pay extra for those. The yogurts and bread were nice and they deliver breakfast in a cute basket to your cabin.

We loved the view and the pod inside was clean, spacious, had all the necessary facilities. The staff was so friendly, kind, and helpful. The stay here was worth every penny and you won't regret staying here. At night, you can see the stars. As someone who lives in the city with all the bright lights, this was awesome to be able to see so many stars. The toilet also had warm water which was so important to me especially during winter season.

The hike up took a while but it was worth it to take in some fresh air and enjoy the views.

location was magic. concept is great and confort level is good

lack of professionalism. I had to mention the bill was not accurate so they realized it was missing 150chf from the restaurant. they also realized after having confirmed the total amount that they were missing the 30chf for the dog.. which they add also on top afterwards. Knowing we left 3 hours earlier than foreseen because of last minute cancellation of the activity we had book, minimum would have been not to ask us to pay the 30chf of the dog.

staying at one of the whitepods is an unforgettable experience. every single detail is thought trough, up from the introduction at the reception, the welcome bag, the carefully prepared whitepod, a handwritten welcome note, the spectacular view from the terrace, amazing staff that truly cares for you and helps you out wherever needed, delicious food, cozy spa & sauna, and great hiking possibilities nearby.

Everything! The staff was really friendly, they are helpful and attentive. The room with the view was excellent. It was warm, cozy, romantic and overall beautiful. The bathroom was superduper clean and the little windows towards the bedroom are a nice touch. They brought are baggages to the room so we hadn't to take them with us on the little hike to our pod ;)

I wouldn't recommand the restaurant "les cernies", I wasn't pleased. Otherwise nothing I didn't liked

The warm welcome by the lovely reception team, the AMAZING pod even better than the photos, the INCREDIBLE breakfast and the breathtaking location & scenery. This stay had been booked to celebrate 2 very important occasions for my family (birthday and wedding anniversary) and the staff were very helpful in making sure that my requests were met and to ensure that our stay was unforgettable!

Through no fault of the Whitepod i'd say that the only downside was the slightly long walk between the restaurant back up to the pod after dinner in the dark (despite being equipped with the great headlights provided by them) as it really was pitch black, especially when you have a young child with you.

The views were amazing. It was a great experience, but the ever increasing prices for an overnight stay were a little alarming :(

I didn't like the fact that between booking our stay and returning home, the price to stay overnight had jumped up 130chf for future bookings. Many people were impressed by our photos, but not impressed by the prices!

Our stay at Whitepod was a highlight of our trip. The facilities and food were excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

The only thing we felt was that our pod was a bit hot. We were staying in a family pod and it got particularly hot in the bunkbeds at the top of the pod during the night. Would be good to have better control over the air-conditioning at night or some ventilation options. Perhaps a couple of simple zippered vents could be installed near the apex of the pods.
