Hotel la Rotonde

The staff were excellent!!! The location was perfect!!! The breakfast room was lovely with large windows overlooking the beautiful mountains. I enjoyed having my balcony with awesome views!!! The shower had good water pressure and I always had hot water....perfect.

Once I entered the hotel I was greeted with a flight of stairs and would prefer no stairs as I am a senior and would prefer not to climb the stairs with my suitcase. I was staying in the single room and perhaps on my next visit I will book a larger room. I found the bed comfortable but it was beside the wall and I was not used to such a small bed and having the wall on one side. The room was very clean and tidy.

Excellent location, very central, nice view over the mountains, quiet - the bar below luckily was not open when we stayed - decent breakfast, paid parking option at the property. As a bonus, we got a VIP card that enabled us to climb and descent from the mountain with the cable car for free. And the cable car network is extensive. It also enabled us to enter a nearby pool facilities if we stayed longer. Overall, a very good choice for Verbier and Switzerland.

Location is great , on the main street of verbier, 5 min walk from Madran Cable Car. Breakfast very efficient and delicious . We want it to have late check out but since was not possible, the staff provide us a storage room and extra room to change and take shower

we like everything! anywhere else in Europe you can find a better value for money but this have nothing to do with the property the prices in general are very high in Verbier

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Verbier. My room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the main street which was really nice to sit out on. The room was very comfortable and the staff were great. Great value for money, it far exceeded my expectations considering what I paid. I would return without hesitation.

It was noisy at night due to a nearby bar playing very loud music, and the room was a bit hot (no aircon).

Great location in Verbier town. I really enjoyed the VIP pass great idea. I went for a trail race which finish late and arrived after the time for checking out, there were a guest shower facilities available for me to clean before leaving. Thank you for the recommendation of Laura and Mary.

Staid only 24 hours should have staid longer!lol

Super location. Extremely comfortable bed. Well kitted out room. Casual breakfast. Very quick and friendly room clean each day. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Bowl of naughty sweets on the reception!

A bit noisy from outside at night but that's probably everywhere and it's obviously a party/resort town, so not a big deal.

The stay at La Rotonde is incredibly easy and exceeds all expectations. The staff is delightful and the breakfast is really very good. The location is ideal, next to the Verbier main square. Finally, the staff does whatever they can to help. A great hotel experience

The downside of the location is that you are exposed to some occasional noise from the street. Actually, the rooms have shutters that can be used to block out most of the noise.

Accommodation location was excellent. Walking distance to lifts, restaurants, bars, supermarkets. Reception staff Celine and Clara were very friendly and always happy. Breakfast staff were also amazing. All couldn't have been more helpful (worthy of a salary increases :) Thanks guys for making are stay amazing !

Food was mega expensive. Average night out for 2 people mains and a couple of drinks £150-250.

Great location, but definitely the greatest advantage of that hotel is the most kind and helpful staff. Because of the noise from the street we have asked to change the room for another side of the building. It was not a problem at all- the reception lady even was ready to help by moving our equipment. Our cat was also welcome there. The cleaning ladies did their best to make our stay comfortable and nice ( they offered the bowls for the cat, they were very flexible and respectful for our scared cat). We definitely recommend that place !

Really lovely staff; friendly and very helpful. Our room was cosy and comfortable, and had all that we needed. It really felt like a home-away-from-home to us. We were also very happy with the selection on offer at breakfast. Our host was like a ray of sunshine.

Room housekeeping was a little lacking on a couple of days (e.g. we had to ask for top-ups).
