Cookies Hotel

Close to a sandy beach that is perfect for swimming, sunsets and near to restaurants etc. Rooms are clean, comfortable and a good size. Freshly cooked omelettes at breakfast.

Breakfast was fine but if you get there later (after 9.30) then options are limited as they stop bringing stuff out. It would be good for the hotel to manage the seating around the pool area as guests put hotel towels out on the chairs but then they are left empty all day. This meant that we couldn’t sit near the pool as all of the chairs were ‘taken’ . Perhaps the staff could do a sweep every hour or so and clear chairs where there is no one sitting on them.

I love it there! I've been twice and I'm sure I'll come again and again. I'm not looking for luxury, I'm looking for Thailand and I found it on Koh Chang. Somewhere in Phuket, I felt a bit like I was in Europe. Plus, very calm sea with no surf, love Koh Chang.

Breakfast place

Great location on White Sands beach. Very helpful and friendly staff.

It is beginning to get a bit tired and dated, the bathrooms need a major update as does the breakfast, which seems to cater for just local tourists. This was my sixth stay in 8 years and I have noticed that decline.

I’ve stayed there before with a room on the beach and by the pool that was very nice. This time I booked late for the New Year weekend and got a balcony room just across the street that was just as great. Was surprised at the great fireworks display at midnight New Year’s Eve. Easy access to the beach. Night time dinner on the beach was great. The free breakfast was amazing with Thai and Western choices that exceeded expectations. The Sun and Soul restaurant next door was great. Close to 7-11 and Makro. The staff and service were excellent from the front desk, to house keeping and the breakfast buffet as well as the restaurant.

One of the best value for money at the beautiful whitesand beach. Near to everything you need. Some things needs renovation but still ok for the price and location. Helpfull and friendly staff! Our family enjoyed every day at this resort and we stayed much longer than originally booked for.

Stary dogs at the beach side can be scary for some but they are not coming to hotel area. Some things needs proper maintaining.

Location, location, location. Staff was amazing. Beach in front of the hotel is fantastic. Rooms view was beautuful. Excellent location for exploring restaurants and bars too, very convenient and close to all contents.

Hotel rooms are a bit outdated but we did not mind

Safetybox every room. Good bed. Nice view. Great possible eat dinner at beach.

Bar music can disturb someone. Air-conditioned was very old, but still working. No electric plugs in toilet.

Friendly stuff and awesome location right in front of the beach. Such a nice hotel for staying with kids.

Water flow in the shower is very week. Pillows are uncomfortable (bring your own pillow).
