The location is really great. Just 5 min walk from the beach and 8 minutes to the supermarkets. Every night there is a night food market just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. You can find here all the basic things one may need but you need to understand this is just a place to sleep at and nothing more. Wi-fi was superb and allowed me to be on video calls in the evening and even watch movies.
I arrived very early and although the room was provided at 10am, which is earlier than promised, and then the owner was very helpful, at first I was not welcomed any friendly which stressed me out a lot. Also, two evenings in a row there was a loud party at the nearby hotel. I guess this is just unavoidable on Koh Chang.

Fon & Graham were as friendly and helpful as ever! they’ve worked tirelessly to keep the place beautiful through a difficult time and it was clean, well maintained and like returning home! I love the people and the place and it hurts to leave every time.

Location 2 minutes walk through the sea bar that also has great staff. Staff very helpful organised my trip to Bankok. Lovely people that run this great value hotel. Would definitely stay again. Nice quite location.
