A lovely clean hotel with modern facilities. Loved the spa!

Breakfast choices could include made-to-order dishes and the selection of fruits could be enhanced, given that it’s strawberry season… but overall we really liked the hotel so these are just suggestions to make it even better :)

Top quality hotel with fantastic facilities and service. We came as a group of 19 people and booked at the very last minute (literally in the middle of the night) following a flight cancellation. The service was fantastic from the first phone call to the hotel to the final goodbye. The hotel is definitely one that I would recommend and Tuche who looked after us provided exceptional and high quality help; she had the personal touch which many large hotels of this size lack and this was really appreciated. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

Nothing - it was brilliant genuine 5*

Very convenient! Hotel is about 5-10 mins walk away from Konya’s biggest shopping mall. We booked a Junior Suite and is was very spacious and comfortable. The room could accommodate the 4 of us with a sofa bed in the living room. The toilet in the bedroom is huge with a jacuzzi bathtub. The room is quiet even though it faces the main road. Most importantly, our room comes with a view of the city 👍🏻 Breakfast is awesome and staff are approachable and professional. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to travellers staying in Konya.

Fabulous breakfast buffet. Lovely staff. When we were leaving the concierge brought bottles of water to the car to take away with us. Beautiful pool, had brilliant massage. Overall highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and great staff.

Bear in mind pool and Haman are segregated so we could not swim as a group however this was not a issue for us but it may not suit some people. We did have an evening meal which was not 5 star standard by any means but edible. I suggest booking a restaurant for evening meals.

5 star service, 5 star facilities the pool/jacuzi/sauna were great. Room service was excellent, food was very fairly priced (Ordered a late meal as all restaurants locally had closed, food was exceptional). Genuinely felt like a VIP. Jaafer Bey was very kind and attentive helping us when we left, they even showed me the Diamond and King Suites as I was just interested to see how they looked, was out of my budget unfortunately but super cool.

i had booked a junior suite and requested for two beds instead they gave me one one king bed and one child bed they were unable to sort me out the breakfast was the same everyday ,no variations . also in the brochure they had advertised fresh juices for breakfast and what was supplied was packet juices ,when we asked for fresh juices ,we had to pay for them

The breakfast provided was delicious, spoilt for choice I'd say. The location was great, not far from a local shopping mall (around 10 mins walk or less) taxi sevice to Mevlana museum and other touristy places. The only issue we had was with the charging ports in our rooms so we had to charge our phones downstairs at the charging station which was secure. This was fixed quickly the next morning with some charging adapters to use in our rooms. The staff were absolutely exceptional from the reception to the ones in the dining area. Thank you for a great stay, would highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything was amazing!

Hotel have us a big corner room. Bed was very comfortable. Shower very good. Very nice spread for breakfast. Separate gym for men and females. Indoor pool very inviting, unfortunately I didn’t bring my swimming suit. You can take the tram in front of hotel to Mevlana Mausoleum and from there, you can walk to the must see sights in town, Kule tram stop is walking distance from/to hotel. Front desk staff, Cafer is really helpful and friendly. He gave us a brief description of Konya city when he picked us up at the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

My husband’s hp number was given to a tour guide without our permission. That is a serious breach of personal data. Air conditioning was fixed at 27degrees during winter so the room became very hot and we had to open the window

We were travelling by hire car between Antalya and Cappadocia. Konya was a convenient overnight stop. This hotel is a large and very well appointed convention centre on the main arterial road within the city. It is not a destination I will return to, but we enjoyed exploring the centre of Konya on foot from the hotel. The hotel itself is modern and very well appointed and the staff very helpful. All covid rules were strictly followed and it was spotlessly clean. We had not appreciated that the hotel was dry - so I asked where the bar was. We followed the hotel's polite request not to bring alcohol onto the premisis as we did not wish to offend our hosts and fellow guests.

Probably the overall nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Very nice staff, big beautiful room with a rain shower which was also unusually big. The internet worked splendidly as did all the other equipment and everything was as clean as it could be. The parking spot was super close to the Hotel and easy to access and security guarded with cameras. I can only highly recommend this beautiful place in Konya!

I could not tell you anything even if I thought really hard about it. This was perfect!
