Room is spacious. Have parking

Charge more than stated in booking.com without any explanation. I didn't release untill i checed my card transaction. Feel like scammed by this hotel

- Clean hotel - Within walking distance from many touristic attractions and nearby transportation services (7 min walk to the nearest tramway station, 10 min walk to most of nearby bus stations) - Rooms are spacious - Breakfast has adequate diversity - AC was working properly - Great value for money, would stay again

- the facilities are kind of old and needs to be renewed including towels and linens (a bit old but clean). - Even though i asked for a non-smoking room and i was given one as per the employee, every time i entered the room i could smell cigarette odor perhaps because of the carpeted floor that needs renewal but it did not bother much. - We got a triple room even though we were 2 persons (queen bed + single bed), the single bed was directly facing the AC making it freezing cold. - Bathroom a bit small - Breakfast was diverse but the items quality can be improved.

Breakfast was buffet, there were plenty of choices. Overall a very good and rich breakfast. The room was big enough and the beds were comfortable. There was working AC and hot water. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There was free parking nearby(one of the staff helped me with the guidance for the parking, probably I could have let him to park the car for me, but I don't trust "valet parking"). The staff was friendly and helpful. I've exchange some money at a decent rate at the front desk. Overall a good place for the price paid.

The shower cabin was old and had seen better days.

I liked it. Everything perfect. All the staff are nice helpful and friendly especially day shift (regardless of the mood of night shift 🤔) Room cleaning and service are awesome and they offered me iron immediately when I asked them. Excellent diverse breakfast for hungry people (I liked the tea) There are non smoking cafe and setting room for smokers. They offered me a free parking in a parking building 50 meters away from the hotel (be careful if you see someone in the parking asking you to pay something, the 2nd floor is free for hotel residents). The person in the reception and the lady in room service are so kind and made me so comfortable and helped me when I needed

I had a very pleasant stay in this Hotel. Konya is a Turkish gem, the people here are just different. The hotel staff is proof of it. There was a but of language barrier - I don’t speak Turkish and the staff speaks little English, but we made do, and they were all very kind and patient and helped me with all my questions. Shout out to the super nice female staff member (didn’t ask her name in time) that helped me choose a breakfast for my lactose intolerance. 😍 The room I stayed in was cery big, the bathroom functional and the shower spacious. They also come tidy up every day. All in all this hotel is a very good chiice while staying in Konya .

We only stay one night in Konya and I was looing for a more cheaper hotel however mostly have really bad reviews so I settled with this hotel, and I do not regret spending just a tad more to stay here. The hotel room is spacious, well lit, have a small fridge, hot shower. Location is great but parking is hard, we did get assistance from the hotel staff regarding parking and they allocate designated space for guests to park.

The kettle in the room is a bit crusty.

Breakfast was outstandingly good and definitely exceeded the expectations. Location is nice - 5 min walk to the city center, you can also find some nice places to eat nearby. The hotel itself has a cafe on site with traditional Turkish cuisine.

Even with an open window, the room is stuffy. They actively use chlorine for cleanliness - which makes it clean but the smell could be nicer. If you travel by car, it's challenging to find a spot for parking, and it may take time to leave the city as the traffic is quite intense.

+ has good breakfast + location is close to main attractons + daily cleaning, water, tea and coffee in room.

- in my room 202 in the reception side of the building, there is outside technical noise, like refrigerator working whole day. so for some it may be irretating. For me not so much, but I was closing windows for the night. - I could hear next room guest phone vibrations. I think its due to the table mounted to wall.

Decent place in a very good location in Konya. Wifi worked well, breakfast was expansive and pretty decent overall. Parking easy enough, drive to entrace and you will be welcomed at the door and theyll bring your bags in and park your car safely nearby for you. Smoking allowed downstairs so the lobby has a bit of a smell but this is not unusual for Turkey. Overal decent stay and good value
