Large, well decorated and clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. Good choice of food for breakfast. Pleasant staff.

The choice of foreign TV channels was very limited and the reception was very poor, especially the first day we arrived. My air-conditioning system did not work and there were a few small things which needed attention, such as a plug which was not properly fixed to the wall.

The location was central and close to the downtown. The deluxe room was quiet and had a good view of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful when I found out that the jacuzzi in our room was not working. It was fixed in just 10 minutes. We ate a nice dinner at the On8 restaurant. The breakfast at Safran restaurant had a variety of foods and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed total relaxation in the wellness area with a large swimming pool, sauna, and massages!

The bed was a bit hard.

Good leisure facilities , hairdresser at the hotel. Availability of taxi all the time. Nice rooms and bathrooms The breakfast was really good and the breakfast staff the best in the hotel.

It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room( not instant coffee). The food, other than the breakfast, is not up to the standard. The majority of employees don’t speak English, which was a problem.

This is a large and centrally located hotel. There are taxis available onsite, as well as parking for personal cars. The rooms are large and comfortable with private baths and good wifi. The breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was very good with lots of different choices and service options.

We tried to go to dinner in the rooftop restaurant. We waited 20 minutes to order, and after my husband asked the manager, waited another 10. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. It was a disappointment, as the restaurant was quite empty. At least 6 workers walked past our table and did not seem to care how long we waited.

Lovely clean hotel. All the facilities you'd want - pool (indoor/outdoor), bar, restaurant, gym, sauna etc. Staff very helpful, clean comfortable and great value for money. Only 15 minute taxi from airport (cost about £7). 100% would use again

Little outside the centre of town but a short taxi ride which is very cheap. But hotel bar and restaurant are good if more expensive than in tow. But it is 5 star!

Greaat hotel and great location. The staff where friendly and all in all a wonderfull experience. The rooms are very small eventhoug you choose a big room. But you have everything you need nearby. There are Swimmingpools, a jacuzzi, hairdresser and so much more. Amazing breakfast !

Small rooms, and the toilet window is shaded propperly so the light comes to the rest of the room.

Everyone is so friendly and nice since we arrive, i didn't feel it's a problem because i don't speak Turkish. They always have someone who speaks English . I tired their spa it's amazing. I had help from Mr Selim regards my reservation when i arrive he was very helpful and considerate

Very comfortable place. Amazing Gym and fitness area with inside and outside pool

The only negative point is that the wi-fi is a little bit unstable, and the light in the room should be changed, as sometimes is a bit too dark

Rooms were very clean. Service and personnel were top notch. menu and food at On-8 restaurant (18th floor) was awesome. Spa (Alper and Halime) and hair dresser (Deniz) were awesome. We were just passing by for a night but my family did not want to leave the place.

Breakfast was magnificent. The junior suite I booked was very comfortable.

the property was too warm as it had just switched from AC to heat.
