Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Center, Abu Dhabi

Everything was just perfect! Location, staff, the hotel itself, beds, etc. Thanks for early check in too ❤️ I had a couple of dinners and a breakfast in the hotel and it was very nice! really good food - both taste and variety. Can’t forget the daily booster that was for breakfast - Moroccan tea together with orange juice, very tasty! The shopping mall just next door and anything can be found there, from clothes to grocery. Corniche embankment just 10 min walk from the hotel and if you like walking like I do, it will take you about 1h walk along the embankment to the Emirates Palace, Qasr Al Watan and 300 Observation Deck. It’s also about 10min and 17-20AED by taxi to get there. The airport is about 30min and 60-70AED by taxi. Would definitely stay there when I’m next time in Abu Dhabi.

The room was spacious and soundproof. The room was clean and furniture in good condition. The food at the buffett was good with a large variety to choose from. Prices for dinner were reasonable. The hotel is located next to a shopping mall with more dining options available.

Staff members tended not to "notice" guests in the corridors or in the lobby. A smile or hello would go a long way every now and then. The air conditioning inside the room was noisy, but sleeping with earplugs worked. The rooftop pool is small and since the hotel is surrounded by taller buildings, the pool area has a lot of shade throughout the day.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to declare. Everything was clean and save. Very recommended. Taxi and uber was just in front of the hotel. The Hotel in only 15 min walking distance from the beach away!

it was good, easy and comfortable. city access is second to none. the swimming pool is pretty small which is acceptable provided that it is in the centre. The only qualms that we have are that the room is quite small compared to a lot of hotels inside the city. Other than the room size everything is perfect and convenient.

the room size was quite small, to say the least, there are not that many restaurants that offer something special. I don't know if it was intentional since they are right next to a mall? nevertheless, there weren't that much to do inside the hotel premises.

I had a wonderful New Year experience at the Courtyard by Marriott WTC. The staff were extremely accommodating, especially Hannah during our check-in/out. I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and new year. The hotel have arranged a cake on my day. So this was a big plus for me. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. And, the location is accessible to many restaurants, mall, and beach.

The restaurant where the breakfast is, is a little small. I had to go around the entire area or wait a while to get a table. Otherwise, it's best to have the breakfast earlier when there are fewer people.

Good hotel at a good price in a great location. All hotel staff we spoke to were super helpful and kind. Trade Centre Mall had good shops including Sneaker District, Magrudy's and The Nail Spa. Spinneys supermarket is downstairs so helpful if you wanted to buy odd and ends to make your own breakfast or lunch. At a 10 minute walk away, Erth Restaurant at Qasr Al Hosn served fantastic Emirati food. Cultural Festival was lovely to see.

The room was lovely, but the mattress on the bed was very soft. We mentioned it to the reception staff and they told us there is a programme of mattress replacement under way as all rooms share the same soft mattress type...

One of the staff at the restaurant ( first floor) come during the lunch and suggest to me entertainment .. but finally l have been fully charge ! the staff of restaurant 12 floor bring to us several orders that was very exaggerated... We were 5 persons and they brought more than the needs of 10 persons ?! Even they brought plates that we did not order! It was so strange the first time I saw like that !

We were welcomed by a very nice welcome set up in the room. It is our anniversary and since my bf works near the hotel we have to stay in abu dhabi overnight. Everyone was helpful when we checked in and i think we got upgraded to a corner room.

Fire alarm at 730am woke us up and i called reception she doesnt know whats happening.the alarm lasted for 15 mins to the point that the announcement said evacuaye the room. I called again after 10 mins they said its ok to stay in room. They called me at 12pm for check out i asked extension and the guy said we cant i said we woke up early coz of fire alarm and he said only till 2pm and he said he'll check and call me back he didnt. When i asked for our bags to be brought down the girl in reception said we are approved till 4pm. Well we are all packed already.

Location is really good. Just next to the hub. Irish vickers and attached shopping mall. Spinneys inside the mall too. Always a pleasure coming to this hotel. One stop to everything for a weekend getaway Was a pleasure to meet Hannah again from reception who is ever smiling and with her warm ever welcoming hospitality and suggestions of where to go around the hotel when asked. Special shout out to Chris Heart at reception who went out of her way to help locate my car which I had parked in the wrong basement level that was not part of the hotel. She got everything arranged so I didn't have to do anything. Staff was ever so helpful and wonderful in this hotel. Breakfast super combinations. Wife was very happy with the Tom yum soup at breakfast

No club as part of the hotel. Though the hub had a few options which was just a walk away.
