Tha pool was perfect, allthough it was windy outside. The guy that added the bed in our room was so discret, we didn't realise when he finished his job. The richest breakfast that we ever had. At the end of oru breakfest a lady came to us to apolagise for any incovenience that we might experienced, given the fact that it was a crowded morning. We'll come back for longer stays.

The fact that the pool form the PR3 level was closed and that wasn't writen (public) anywere. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant. The waiter was very nice and the food was good, but not for a 5 Star Hotel. The Hotel looks much nicer then that reastaurant.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had an amazing experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived until the end of our stay. We enjoyed the hotel's great breakfast and dinner, which was always delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all necessary amenities we needed for a pleasant stay and a beautiful view from the balcony. The hotel is conveniently located, and the private beach it offers is great. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation spot. The staff, food, location, and beach were all top-notch. My family and I genuinely enjoyed our vacation stay at this hotel and will definitely return.

There was an unpleasant smell in the shower

We love this hotel, therefore we returned this year too for Christmas. The location is the best, rooms have great view and the lobby is so nicely decorated. The breakfast is amazing, impeccable cleanness everywhere. The staff is so helpful, they did not change since last year, which shows they are well appreciated. We loved all the restaurants inhouse, out of our five nights three times we ate locally.

Returning guests would be good to be honored somehow. Though we booked upper floor rooms we were only on the 16th floor (hotel starts at 12th floor). Would have been good to be accommodated on an upper floor due to our returning (and also due that fact that we booked so). There is an ongoing construction work opposite the beach, so it is a bit noisy now, but still acceptable.

From the friendly Bellboy who welcomed us, to the reception and concierge team - their dedication to guest satisfaction was remarkable. Special thanks to Arun, Shubham, Bijay, and the entire team who made our stay so memorable. Our room was tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped, however it could do with a little upgrade to match the rest of the hotel more. The facilities, whether it was the serene pool area, the indulgent spa, or the diverse dining options, were all world-class. Yet, it wasn't just the physical aspects that made this stay exceptional. It was the unwavering commitment to going above and beyond. The staff's genuine desire to make our stay perfect was evident in every interaction, leaving a lasting impression. everything was beyond perfect...

- Excellent Wi-Fi connection all throughout the facility. - Staff who are always willing to help and engages with guests by recommending activities/facility available in the hotel. - Lexx Bar bartender (Pradhyumn Dumka aka Prince) who was very knowledgable in their menu and signature cocktails. - Room service was responsive and quick to deliver our orders.

- Miniature beach front. - Lack of facility for families with children (play ground/room, sand pits, or activity area). - Breakfast buffet is less extensive compared to other five-star hotels in the area.

Good hotel, we really enjoyed it. We stayed during the weekends so we had time to rest and check out few places in Abu Dhabi. Hotel room was perfect, it had everything we needed, comfortable and the bathroom is really superb. Everything this hotel had very beatiful entirior.

One thing was sad is that even though we came for a short time, we did not had the chance to swim or enjoy the pool or the beach as the weather was bad. Nevertheless, it did not prevent from us to have a good time at the hotel.

The poor an small beach and sea area. The qualification of personal: lobby 👍, lounge and beach next to good. Please give them course of training in English and some lessons about European food and drinks. The lounge assortment is poor: both drinks and food. And not tasty at all. Check the cooking process: I was assured about the native Italian chef, but pizza at the beach floor cafe was a C-class at best. People are trying to do their best, but more experience is needed. And the last: Elevators should be adjusted and tuned in their movements. You always spend a lot waiting for yours, and only 3 of 5 always in order.

Great Hotel! Would Recommend. I needed expedited ironing service and it was back within 2 hours. I would recommend and return to this hotel.

There was the annual Fire evacuation drill for the hotel. The hotel is designed very fire safe, but the drill stopped all real world operation - i couldn't check out, almost miss my flight, while I was stuck with my 7 year old daughter on the balcony because the alarms were extremely efficient (loud) had to put noise cancelling headphones on her ears. The

It was our second time at the Hyatt and as before, we get a pleasant experience. The room was very clean, still looked new and the view was even better than it was a few years back. Abu Dhabi really is beautiful and this hotel sits right opposite the Palace hotel. The executive lounge affords a perfect view and i'd definitely recommend paying the extra for the access.

We had a great time but not quite memorable this time for some reason. We didn't feel as valued during our stay - never mistreated and nobody was rude, i think the hotel just felt busy. There was 1 employee who greeted us during checkout (Sang i think?) who really made us feel special, offered us water etc and took our bags. That wasn't present during the rest of our stay

We are a big family so we booked the delux and the king rooms. Both were very clean and spacious. the view is amazing from the 17th floor. Honestly we had the best stay. the breakfast is amazing with lots of options. the pool side is soooo nice with a little pool the kids. the beach area is nice, very small but didn't bother us. the staff are very attentive and nice. the Lobby area is very fancy! The location is nice by the corniche and near Qasr alwatan but a bit far from the grand mosque and Yas, 30 minutes drive.

The pillows are horrible! Very very bad pillows even when we asked to change them the new ones were as bad.
