Hotel Colosseo & Spa

- Fantastic spa included in room rate - Spa includes pool, Finnish sauna and hammam - Extremely friendly staff in entire hotel (spa, reception) - Laundry service available but a bit expensive - Free parking either on-street right at the hotel or at parking space 100m down the road inside gates - Location close to restaurants, shops and stores - Mosque is right next to the building, so ensure to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper - Flatscreen tv - Fast WiFi sufficient for streaming - Fantastic buffet breakfast with continental and cooked items - Spacious room with balcony overlooking the mosque and square

The staff. The quality of the hotel. The prices at the bar. All very good value for money. I never got to use the spa but it is free and this isn't mentioned anywhere. It should be. This adds a lot of value to the cost per night. Particular attention should be given to the lady at reception(the younger one who checked me out on 26th/4) who was friendly and communicative but professional. She is young and, although I don't think been in the job many years, I think a natural with people. Also to the staff in the dining room, where I was late for breakfast but the guy still went out his way to help me. And get me things I needed. Overall you can't fault this place. If I hadn't got to leave I would have extended my stay. I will be back.

Everything was perfect.

Location- Coloseeo & Spa cannot be more central than actually is, meaning top location Breakfast - Fresh, and very delicious, coffe & homemade croissant is a great way to start the day( personally speaking) while cooked veggies were simply delicious. Room No 214 - spacious, clean, great view towards the city promenade, .and bed was very comfortable indeed. Spa&Gym- great on equipment, pool was Okay, while sauna was a bit small, ( not for the size of Hotel Coloseeo is) Staff - very professional and friendly, especially the guy at the gym/Spa Emanuel, who is not only a local encyclopedia, but very communicative & helpful on any questions you might have.

Front desk didn't provide an currency exchange, but close-by exchange is available near by hotel (open till 17:00hrs) Sauna,- a bit small for the capacity that this hotel has, I can imagine on peak tourist season, there would be no space for 2x 15min sessions

Everything. In the middle of the center with all the facilities. The receptionist, Stela, was extremely friendly and caring. She talked to us very nicely at checkout, asking about our stay and giving us some information about Albania. We forgot my son’s glucose meter in the room, Stela ran to the bus stop just to give it back to us! Me and my son were already talking about how friendly and kind we found Albanian people to be and then this happened, I had tears in my eyes.Such a kind gesture! I want to salute Stela for this kindness and responsibility! Highly appreciated. We will surely come back whenever we come to Albania and also give a positive review in our vlog. Hotel Colosseo must be proud to have staff like her. The pool guy was also very friendly. Overall a very good hotel, good room and balcony. Comfortable bed. Hotel very nicely decorated. Great hotel. The price corresponds to the quality. I want to note: - Attentive and polite staff, pleasant workers in the spa area, at the reception, waiters, parking workers and maids. Everyone tried to help with any questions and were very friendly - The room had a kitchenette, stove, large refrigerator, dishes, safe, bathrobes, slippers, bar, baby cot - The bathroom is large and bright, excellent magnifying mirror, hair dryer, shampoo, gels, soap - There was a Jacuzzi in the bathroom (we were surprised because we didn't expect this from the photo) - the children were delighted - Periodically there was a ringing from the mosque, but it did not interfere at all - The room is very warm, we opened the windows at night - We had dinner in a restaurant, delicious and at the same price as in the nearest restaurants - We paid with a contactless card. Keep in mind that only debit (personal) cards work

- A little dust

This is not the first time we have stayed at the hotel. I really like the location, in the very center of the city, there are many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The room is very large, with a Jacuzzi bath, 2 mini fridge, stove, sink, dishes. Sauna, swimming pool in the hotel are very popular with our children and us. I especially want to mention the staff. Everyone is polite and ready to help. Special thanks to the waiter Ergot for the quality service.

The rooms are excellent and very cozy. The manager was very friendly and took care of our needs. We were a group of 12 people. I suggest the excellent restaurant both for the quality and delicacy of the menu but also for the exceptional service offered. The excellent service and expertise of Ergys is recommended. Moreover is mandatory a recommendation to the outstanding swimming pool and SPA.

The most outstanding aspect of this hotel was the incredible customer service from the reception staff. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such friendly, helpful and welcoming hotel staff ever! Well done Albania. Our stay in your country far exceeded our expectations and we had an incredible time.

It was so very hot in the room and it was hard to get it cool. The beds however were blissful!

Good hotel located in the downtown of Scutari. Staff is warm and helpful. Rooms and spa facities are clean. There is also the possibility to park you car at the premises free of charge. Breakfast was good.

Room has view to main street, might be noisy. In front there is a mosque, call to prayer is very loud and disturbing during night. Better to ask for a courtyard room.

Unexpectedly amazing hotel. The design of our room was amazing. Spacious room, comfy beds. The location is perfect, just in front of the pedestrian street.

It is a bit complicated to get the car to and from the parking. You need to ask at the reception then they need to find someone to come with you to open the door of the parking.
