Ramada by Wyndham Podgorica

The desk staff is incredible. Incredibly caring, conscious, friendly, and helpful. The night shift receptionist remembered what I mentioned casually in the chat, that the next morning I would be leaving at 6:30 for the airport - and when I didn't show up in the lobby at this time, he gave me a call to ensure I woke up. And when I went downstairs, I found a takeaway breakfast box for me, as the hotel breakfast begins at 7am and I was missing mine. I didn't order the takeaway, he thought of this himself. All that was so sweet! This is what I call excellent service and customer care!

My recent stay at the Ramada hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly welcome from the staff. They were incredibly accommodating and attentive throughout my entire stay. The room itself was what I loved the most, it was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all of the amenities that I could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I was able to get a great night's sleep every night during my stay. Additionally, the room was quiet and peaceful, which allowed me to truly relax and unwind. Finally, the location of the Ramada hotel was perfect for my needs. Overall, my experience at the Ramada hotel was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay.

This was my third overnight stay in this first class hotel when flying into Podgorica airport. On this occasion, the room I have had on my previous stays was unavailable, being refurbished. So, the manager upgraded me to a "Grand Suite" which was exactly that An enormous living area with an open plan kitchen area; a very large bedroom equipped with a jacuzzi; a separate en suite shower room plus an additional washroom. And, a really good sized sunny balcony overlooking the boulevard. The hotel has an excellent location, attached to a shopping mall and within easy walking distance from the bus and railway stations . As with previous visits, I and friends enjoyed a meal and drinks in the outside area of the casual Lobby Bar. As with nearly every other hotel in which I have stayed during my fifteen visits to Montenegro, the staff is exceptional. The reception had organised a taxi to collect me from the airport at a very reasonable flat rate of 10€. My cases were stored, free of charge, in the luggage room until I was ready to leave. I intend to return very soon.

The room and the hotel were really beautiful. The room had everything you needed and I didn't need to ask for anything. Lovely little bar at the front of the hotel with good staff. Location was really useful for taking buses to explore and just next to a mall, so perfect to pick up anything you need. Massive thanks to Mladen on reception who is a great face for the hotel, super helpful, attentive, friendly and very genuinely empathetic to any issues we had.

The food service of the hotel lets it down. When travelling you can return home late and need something to eat. The kitchen shuts at 10pm and sometimes before that, so myself and my friend were left without food sometimes. The attitude towards this issue was strict and unhelpful. If the hotel can sort this, it would be an absolutely superb place to stay,

The hotel is a 5/10 minute walk into the centre of Podgorica and the same to the bus and railway station. The staff (reception, breakfast, restaurant and room cleaning were all very pleasant and friendly. The reception staff were particularly helpful). The room allocated was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast selection was fine with a selection of hot and cold options. See comment below. I ate on 3 occasions in the caffe / restaurant and the food was very good and reasonably priced. I would recommend the hotel if family or friends were visiting Podgorica.

Normally I have a continental breakfast when on holiday but one of the mornings I decided to go for the hot selection which looked good, sausages, bacon and fried egg. Unfortunate all 3 were cold -(lukewarm at best).

We have really enjoyed helpful staff. the lovely guys at the reception and at the breakfast in the restaurant. We are happy with the cleanliness with the breakfast, with the quality of the bed. The view from the roof top its nice. The city is walkable from the Hotel. The cocktails are yummi's. The shopping center is useful direct to the hotel.

Tipp: You should always call the taxi, otherwise it will be double expensive from airport...and can not catch at the street. They are simple not stopping in the city to pick it up you.. The Bar in the Hotel sadly close at midnight.

Perfect located hotel, connected with a shopping mall, nearby the railway station, Central Bus Station and the town market. Spottles clean. Big rooms with a welcome bottle of water and fruits. Good quality of cosmetics. Wonderful breakfast, with delicious local products in an incredible panoramic restaurant at the last floor. Last, but not least, the quality of the kindly staff is very high. Politely, well informed and efficient. It will be a pleasure to stay again ( in fact on 7th April) in this very nice hotel.

I booked this hotel for its proximity to friends' apartment block. I was given the exact room I requested when booking, my friends and I were even able to wave to one another! The room was very spacious as was the bathroom, the latter really impressive. The hotel organised a shuttle taxi from the airport (advisable) at a good price. The girl receptionist on duty when I arrived was great. I and my friends dined in the 'front of lobby' restaurant - decent food, reasonably priced and good service.

The breakfast is served in the top floor restaurant with terrace and good views of the city. The breakfast however was a bit disappointing by the time I arrived. The hot food selection was almost non-existent and needs to be replenished quicker. The cold selection and juices were fine. This would not prevent me returning.

Everything, except the hot food at breakfast (again). I really like this hotel and especially the staff and their attention to detail. Once again. I was given the exact room I asked for and again, I and my guest enjoyed the food, beer and the service in the Brigitte (foyer) bar. Hopefully, I will be back at the end of April.

Despite having my hands slapped by the PR manager after my comments three months ago, I remain unimpressed by the breakfast offering which I find disappointing in an otherwise excellent hotel.

The hotel is nicely located just on the edge of the city centre. The price was very competitive considering the quality of the hotel and the amenities. There is a large parking just under the hotel. The offer from the breakfast buffet was second to none.

Some fixtures were in need of repair. The holder for the shower head was broken. In addition, even though we booked the hotel well in advance, they were unable to provide us with two double rooms which were close to each other.
