Club Motel Armidale

We liked everything about this motel. It is located near plenty of food outlets but is still quiet. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Upon arrival you are greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!

Upon booking in we’re offered a complimentary wine , which was a nice touch. Room was very comfortable with quality sheets and bedding

Very central location with dining, restaurants and shopping facilities close by. The motel itself was very convenient, clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable and clean. Reception was friendly and incredibly helpful. Fridge and microwave plus hairdryer and iron were all provided. Netflix and other streaming services were also available…

The only thing which I didn’t like was the lack of regulation for hot and cold in the shower. Consistency in temperature was a problem… but this was a minor irritation which may link to town water pressure…

everything. comfort, great beds, quiet, great location, lovely people, and a welcoming wine/beer!

nothing to dislike!

The location of this motel is fantastic, close to shops, restaurants and immediately opposite the Bowling Club. Was great just to walk across the road for a beautiful meal. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely helpful and informative. All in all a very pleasant stay! Thank you

There wasn't anything we didn't like. All was extremely good. Room was very comfortable and clean. We totally enjoyed our night there. Will stay there again, next time we are in Armidale.

Parking is excellent !! When I arrived at the reception, it was really convenient for me to drop the car and go get the room key, checking in etc... Then you can have a designated carpark just in front of your room door, very handy to unload your stuff from the car. Besides, the motel is a single storey building which does not have many rooms and you actually has 2 parking in front of your room. And also it is closed to everything with walking distance.

A quiet, but handy location with ample choice of restaurants nearby with helpful hints from the owner's guide. We prefer a motel where we do not have to transfer baggage up a flight of stairs and as Club has all rooms on ground level it was ideal.

The Netflix timed out and was not operational. Perhaps the owner could have resolved the matter but as it was out of hours I did not bother to disturb him. Otherwise, all was OK.

The location of the motel was excellent - right in the centre of Armidale and close to a number of eateries that you could walk to. The room was spacious - with a comfortable sofa and bed. The room had been updated and very clean.

The only negative comment was the staff member I dealt with when I checked it. After introducing myself and explaining I had a booking, he said ‘Your in Room 2’ Start and end of his conversation. This is what I remember the most about our stay!!

The Manager / Owner Craig was so courteous and polite that we were running a bit behind chech in time, Craig stayed at reception until 6pm, he showed both parties there rooms, he turned the air conditions on in our rooms, the rooms was beautifully presented, so neat n tidy. Thankyou Craig you were a great welcoming host, and we will be back. Geoff

Nothing we didn't like

Everything. It’s a great location. I had my elderly parents with me and it is flat, no stairs, easy access. The room was great. Clean and airy. Great shower. Plenty of room, in fact it’s a big room. TV was great quality with perfect reception. Beds very comfortable. We were greeted by Jess, the manager. Beautiful woman who went out of her way to welcome us. Was even offered complimentary wine and beer on arrival. Thank you Jess.
