A friendly welcome! The room was spacious and we appreciated being on the ground floor. Comfortable bed ensued a good night's rest. The bathroom was spacious. Provision of biscuits was greatly appreciated. A quiet location with easy access to both the CBD and eateries. A definite return on the cards. Also appreciated a phone call to tell us we left a drink bottle in the fridge....care about patrons. Thank You!

When I arrived I was greeting with a friendly welcoming smile by Rob and he asked to let him know if there was anything that I needed during my stay to just let him and the team know. The room was immaculately clean and tidy and spacious. So close to a good variety of restaurants and the RSL club. Would definitely recommend to any travellers whether you are in Dubbo for work or pleasure. I will definitely be staying with them again on my next trip to Dubbo.

Our room was a good size, clean, comfortable and quiet. It included a comfortable bed as well as a sitting area and a table and chairs. A table and chairs were also provided outside the room. Bathroom was also good with essentials provided. Plenty of hanging space and storage. Breakfast could be ordered from reception but we were not made aware of this. Although we arrived by train and did not need a space, we thought that parking arrangements here were good as the spaces were set away from the rooms rather than immediately outside.

Close to facilities and CBD. Value for money. Very friendly staff. Very clean.

Noisy bathroom exhaust fan. Wouldn't concern you if it was only for showering. But as a lady spending time in bathroom for hair and makeup it was a little annoying. Couldn't switch it off as it was attached to the light. I realise this is a minor inconvenience, but would rather be truthful. Everything else was perfect.

We stayed for 3 nights and the room was cleaned everyday and linen and towels changed as well. Bed was very comfortable and the room had plenty room to move. When we arrived we received bottle water free of charge. It was just a short walk to the Dubbo RSL and the centre of town. We ordered full breakfast which was very yummy and very well priced compare to other hotels. The caretakers (husband and wife) were very friendly and helpful, we'll definitely book this hotel again.

The staff were very friendly & efficient & worked well together assisting each other on book in and book out. Room was excellent and motel in a great location. Super nights sleep. A home away from home, well done to your whole operation. We will stay with you again. Thanks for everything.

We can all improve but your motel is already at a high standard. The car parking was a bit tight but that is only a small issue. Perhaps they could have 45 degree angle parking.

Clean and comfortable and no outside noise to disturb our stay. Nice and quiet and plenty of parking.

Unfortunately there were no tissues by the bedside and the lamps weren't dimmable so had to use the phones light otherwise the room was in total darkness. The room was also a little stuffy so had to keep toilet window and toilet door open to circulate the air.

Room was clean & comfortable & what was expected staying at 10 places this trip this one was up the top of the list. Easy access plenty of things in the local area that were needed including a laundry that was nt on site. Found a nice coffee near the laundry as well as food outlets.

Could not find anything not to like here. Friendly staff welcomed us even the free complementary tea & coffee in our room was higher grade than most would offer.

The room was spacious and comfortable, well equipped with basics for making breakfast. Bed and bedding very good. Walking distance to town. Staff on checking in very helpful with advice on places to eat and other info. Close to a great gym at the rsl. We thought it was good value.

The room was larger than expected with comfy bed and a lounge . Plenty of draw space and cupboard. The sheets and towels felt lovely and even an electric blanket. Good shower. There was even nice biscuits and real milk supplied. Highly recommend the Blue Diamond. Great heating too. And a quiet motel.
