Everything but the parking. Room was great, had all the facilities we needed.

The parking. Not enough parking spots. Some parking spots people can block you in. Seems to be first in best dressed, others had to park on street. If you went out in car to get a meal when you came back your parking spot was taken by someone else.

We arrived much later than we had planned and hoped; the staff were SO accommodating, even putting the heater on for us so we would be nice and warm on arrival. The rooms are lovely and clean and the bed was an actual double, not 2 singles pushed together!! It was also the comfiest bed of our trip The room we stayed in had a fridge, kete, microwave and toaster and glasses, plates cutlery etc- handy inclusions to make the stay more comfortable and convenient

Not much comes to mind.... I'm nit picking if I say the all in one shampoo/conditioner/body wash, but I'm sure there would be others who think this is really handy 😂

Central location in town of Hay, NSW ... easy day (around 7.5 hours drive) from Adelaide. Motel was easy to find and access. Check-in only took a few moments by the friendly lady at reception. Room was very clean and comfortable with car parking at the front of unit. The motel was very quiet with no traffic noise from the street.

No meals available at the motel, however, there were plenty of food outlets open for meals ... I drove the few minutes back to Hay South to the Ampol Roadhouse and enjoy a freshly cooked meal by the lovely ladies in the dinner.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfy motel, good for an overnight stop. Explained on check-in, prior to payment, that due to recent floods and the Murrumbidgee River being very close that there were a lot of mosquitoes and bugs around. Not a problem for me, simply leave the door shut and bugs don't get in. Can't believe some people have been giving the motel bad reviews because of the bug problem even though they were informed the same as I was.

Bed could have been more comfortable.

Lovely room with plenty of space.Had everything we needed including microwave. Comfy bed and good size shower cubicle. Very friendly owners who had recently taken it over and doing many improvements. Excellent value for money. Great location and was very close to Take-away shop and Hotel for dinner. ( Both excellent) Would highly recommend.

Nothing.

exceptionally clean and air conditioned rooms. loved the fact that the rooms were big enough to accommodate a dining table and a couple of chairs. perfect for a stop over. check in process was very simple and the place has ample space for parking. the room had a kettle, cutlery, a microwave and an AC too.

the cups in the room werent clean and had stains of coffee. we had to clean them ourselves before using.

I had the best night's sleep I've had for ages, bed was so comfortable for me and pillows were perfect for me too. The lady at reception was so welcoming and helpful. The room was a good size, and shower was great with good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Minor detail but cutlery was a bit lacking - 1 fork, 3 knives, a few teaspoons, no full size spoons. Another minor detail - nowhere in shower to put my shampoo and other bits and pieces - could do with a shower caddy or shelf.

Everything, especially the staff who were excellent. I forgot to pack a child tablet and left. Fortunately, the staff found it, rang me up as soon as they found it when I was already on my way. They then sent it by Australia Post. such honest and exceptional staff. In informing them that we would arrive very late at night, they kindly arranged for the keys and also turned on the heater to keep the rooms warm and ready, noting that it was winter. Very thoughtful of them.

Everything was perfect. No compalints.

Spacious room - excellent location close to shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable. Good value!

Chain lock on the door is broken - freezer section of refrigerator needs defrosting.

Room was clean warm and comfortable and a microwave which is always a good option. With a smile on check in. This is a great place to base yourself to explore the surrounds. It is close to eating places ,supermarkets and working distance to some of the attractions. Check it out.

We are not fans of loose leaf loo paper or soap dispensers in the shower so we used our own toiletries and bought a roll of paper. No big deal.
