Best Western Casula Motor Inn

The Family Room was a good decent size. Very clean, neat and tidy. Spacious. Comfortable. The manager was very accommodating and friendly. Good location just off the main road. Nice little kitchenette and room had a balcony which was good. Wished the room had been on the ground floor though but that's ok.

Our room was literally facing the busy main road so was not comfortable going out onto the balcony as felt like all eyes were on me if outside on the balcony. So many cars on road stopped at intersection & driving by our balcony. Felt very public. Also there was no chairs, table or seats on the balcony which sucked so had to stand. Apart from this, everything else was fine.

The staff here were amazing, so nice and accommodating. We had a quick stay as we had a sporting event on at the Michael Clarke Recreation Centre, which was an easy 10 minute drive away. We got a hot breakfast in the morning (good menu with bacon, eggs, toast, muesli, yoghurt, muffins, etc available) and set of to our event, very easy and very convenient! Rooms were basic but good sized, clean and tidy, everything was in good working order, very nice stay.

Spacious room and bed, excellent shower head once Peak hour traffic noise subsides rooms are quite so a good night's sleep is assured. Breakfasts were great and the Hosts Joseph and Mary make you feel at home. Plenty of parking as well.

Even trying to objectively think of what we didn't like leaves us coming up empty.

Before I arrived at the Hotel I broke my ankle. The manager did everything he could to be helpful considering my condition. He even installed a specialised showerhead in the bathroom and supplied a special chair to put in the shower. He provided extra help with luggage, wheelchair and generally when required.

Building seemed to be quite new. Facilities were clean and free parking was great. The gentleman staff member was wonderful. Very friendly and full of helpful offers. Also cooked a really good hot breakfast the next morning.

Nothing about the motel, there is a great dinner venue directly across the road, however there was no pedestrian crossing at the lights.

The room was spotlessly clean, as well as the room items, like linens and furniture. Check-in was easy and the owner was very responsive via messages. The owner was fantastic! He was very friendly and accomodating, ensuring we were comfortable. He is a very special man!

Sometimes the neighbours could get a bit noisy at night, but that isn’t the fault of the property.

The size of the Apartment was larger than expected and was generally more comfortable than expected for the budget. easy location to get to the City Trains and Airport with the crazy prices. plenty of fast food outlets around as well.

Not as Clean as I would have expected. The Towels were not as clean as I would have expected. Maintenance is needed on some light switches as well.

Room is big and clean. The staff are friendly. The neighborhood atmosphere is quiet. The building is clean. There is a market within a 10-minute walk.

It was inconvenient that there were no restaurants nearby. I had to walk to the market and go to the restaurant, but there were not many restaurants, they closed early, and it was disappointing that there was no menu.

Given the location of the hotel, adjacent to major arterial road, I expected the noise might be a problem. I was delighted that room was really very quiet. I could not hear the traffic at all. The owners are obviously very proud about keeping the whole environment exceptional clean and tidy. The room was immaculate, as were the grounds.

The professionalism and welcoming nature made us feel really safe and comfortable. The owner spoke to us as if we were family and receptionist went the extra mile. We came from qld and the room was freshly renovated, super clean and spacious and the building easy to find, free parking. Highly recommend and will stay here again on our regular visits!!
