Four Points by Sheraton Panoramahaus Dornbirn

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The pillows are perfect. The front desk staff are very friendly, and efficient. It is clear that a lot of attention is paid to cleanliness.

I needed to get a COVID test for my return trip. I was given a list for where to go, but the information was incomplete. It turns out that you must make an appointment before getting tested at one of the places on the list. I was leaving the next day, so that wasn't possible. I eventually found a place to get tested, but that was after four hours of searching and calling around. This was not the fault of the staff. They just provided the information they had.

This was my second stay at the Four Points Sheraton in Dornbirn - the first time I stayed there was around 2012. I love the hotel - really great facilities, nice courteous helpful staff, such a comfortable bed. The breakfast is really nice. And the sauna, pool, spa area is just fantastic.

There isn't a great choice of things to do in the nearby area. The hotel is a short drive, or a longish walk to the town centre of Dornbirn. But the location is OK, and there is a big shopping centre next door - and there's a Burger King across the street, for emergencies :-)

The Hotel was very clean and everything was in ,,good shape". No used up/broken down furniture or anything else. The staff was very friendly, helpful and very quick to solve any requests. Everyone was very careful and thoughtful in relation to us being there with a small child. The food was very good at the restaurant (price/quality was good) and also at the breakfast buffet.

Honestly, nothing to complain about just a small comment, I thought that on a 4* Hotel the rooms would be a bit bigger.

Refurbishments to the top floor meant the sky bar was relocated to the ground floor so couldn't take in the amazing views like we used to. Hopefully they'll return the bar and restaurant to the top floor when finished. Moving the extensive gym to the first floor was disappointing. Only 3 treadmills and an awful view compared to previous years. Room could have done with more coffee poda and milk and sugar.

Staff was amazing, especially Nick from the front desk was very nice and helpful! The air conditioning in our room did not work well, and we were given another room without a problem. This was very nice! Breakfast was slightly limited, but very good in my opinion. The Spa was amazing and very spacious. Unfortunately some facilities were closed during our stay (some saunas were closed). Parking was 10 Euro per night, an okay price, and the parking garage is spacious. There are a lot of facilities around the hotel (Burger King across the street, large shopping mall across the street, multiple restaurants and gas stations within walking distance). The room was nice, very comfy beds and great views. Value for money is great as well! Overall an amazing experience, and I would definitely come back if I need to stay in the area!

Some spa facilities were closed during our stay, but the pools were open. Breakfast times on weekdays are until 10:00 am, which we found somewhat early for holiday guests. There is quite a busy road next to the hotel, but the sound from this is minimal, especially on higher floors (we stayed on the 10th floor).

The room, the wellness area, the gym, the friendly and competent staff, the location, the parking, …

It would be nice, if the restaurant on the top floor was open for dinner. We stayed on the weekend and the kitchen of the restaurant on the ground floor is closed on Sundays (only serves pizza on Sunday nights, which is better than nothing, but freshly prepared meals would be nicer).

This was the best accommodation of our 2 week trip. The staff was very professional, the location and architecture of the hotel provide amazing views of the mountains. The high point for us and the teens was the amazing indoor pool with jets everywhere and drop-dead gorgeous views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. There is a small mall across the street with café options and more.

I wish the pool had longer hours so that the teens could use it again prior to checkout.

One of the nicest spa areas we've had the pleasure of enjoying. There's also plenty of space for all guests to have a lounge chair and their personal space. Our bedroom was very spacious and the bed comfy. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of choice, and had everything even at 10:30. It's also right next to a shopping mall, so practical if you want to do some shopping. The restaurant is also very nice, and the staff friendly.

The cleaning lady tried to open the door at 8am every morning to clean our room, even on our departure day... Not the hotel's fault but Dornbirn is not reputed for its tourism, there's not much to do, except enjoying the hotel.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We really had a great night's sleep after a long day on the road. The indoor and outdoor pools are incredible. We were able to swim a couple of kilometers in the 25m lap pool and then relax in the spa pool. That in combination with comfortable beds must have been the reason we were super relaxed the following morning. Woke refreshed so went and swam some more before getting back on the road.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed on Sunday evening. Hadn't caught that when booking. However, we were able to order in from a local Italian restaurant which delivered, and, it was delicious.

Location, rooms, cleaning- everything were great Noise insulation- great Even coffee machine was in the room. Great room view Spa works from 6am till 10pm, a lot of different sauna even separate sauna room for women)
