A-ROSA Kitzbühel

The 3rd floor bar and relaxation area was the best. An open fire would be great there. Great food. Great Spa and pool area (although too much children in it).

Too much small kids. No separate pool and meal area for Grown-ups. Kids are occupying the meal and pool area soundwise so that no relaxation is possible. Separate areas/timetables for grown-up groups would be nice to have.

Loved the spa, which is brilliant. The free treatments daily were a lovely touch. Breakfast and dinner were good too. The staff in the restaurant were also particularly lovely!

For a 5* hotel, the beds and bedding were a real disappointment. We were in a double room and, yet, we had two single beds with single sheets and single duvets, cheap synthetic pillows, and the type of mattress I’d expect in a 2* motorway hotel. Breakfast was generally excellent but it would have been great to have at least one station that varied each day, rather than the same thing, each day we were there.

A-ROSA Kitzbühel is very nice hotel with beautiful surrounding! There is everything you need. We did bicycle trips in amazing mountains. When the weather was not OK we went to gym (the best equipment only), swimming pool and spa! It was so relaxing and just perfect. Breakfast and dinner - the best experience ever! Parking in garage is great even if hotel charges for it per night. Ski (bike) room is big and easy to access. The last day we have checked out in the morning and went for one more bike trip. We were allowed go to spa take a shower and get ready for way back. It is very nice benefit. Room and bathroom are comfortable.

Because of very hot days we would like to have air condition available. On the other hand we have opened window and breath fresh mountain air all the night. It is very silence place so we were ok with it.

A-Rosa was simply amazing Great breakfast and dinner options catering even for vegetarian and vegans Spacious rooms that were clean and comfortable Excellent saunas and swimming pool Super friends staff who go out of their way to help and to teach you some German Outstanding massage therapists (a little pricy but worth every penny) Beautiful facilities and grounds Great gym facilities - with almost everything you need catering from CrossFit and cardio to heavy lifting

Not too much to complain about but if I had to nitpick Check in was not the smoothest or friendliest Pillows were too soft and didn't provide much support Drinks are quite pricy A-Rosa spa massage services are also on the expensive side

I have been coming to Kitzbuhel since I was a child and this hotel is by far the best! Incredible service, we were met by the lovely Arosa team and offered hit towels on arrival. Our bags were taken to our room and check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was vast and all the options were great quality. Shuttle service to and from the village/ski lift was quick, it finishes at 5pm and taxis were around 10 euros. You can purchase you ski pass in the hotel which is much easier than queuing at the lift. The spa facilities were amazing, all the steam/sauna/relax rooms are the best I’ve ever used. The swimming pool area was huge and the outdoor pool was a bonus especially when it was dark! The whole hotel was beautiful, the rooms large with complimentary soft drinks refilled daily. The steak house restaurant was really smart and the food was delicious, our waiter was really attentive and the whole evening highly enjoyable. Looking to book for December with all our family!

If I was having to find anything it would be some more towels in the bathroom.

Amazing property in a superb location. Our room was spacious and very clean and well equipped with everything you need - and we had a small balcony overlooking the golf course. Staff were amazing, buffet breakfast included is amazing and we enjoyed fab dinners with the Half board option. The pool, spa and fitness centre are very good and the lounge areas are really comfortable. We visited in Summer - I would love to see it in winter - covered in snow. Highly recommend.

The Spa is exceptional, the massage menu is diverse and the SPA staff so friendly! If you want to relax, this is a place to go. The Kids Club is very likeable by the children and the evening cinema for the little ones is a fantastic option. The staff, at all levels (whether at reception, concierge, SPA, room service, restaurant, shuttle drivers, cleaners, sorry if I miss anyone!) is of remarkable quality, always smiley, ensuring you feel welcome and at ease. The food is absolutely delicious and healthy!

Sometimes the restaurant / bar staff was slow - some in particular spent too much time chatting away with guests, without considering that other guests were waiting to be served. This does not apply to all of them though :-)

We've stayed at the A-Rosa before and weren't disappointed again this time. Fabulous hotel on the outskirts of Kitzbuhel with very comfortable rooms and beds and spotlessly clean everywhere. Lovely pool and spa (book treatments in advance online as get very booked up at peak times in afternoon / evening) and wide range of choice of food at excellent buffet breakfast and dinner included in half board. Also have a fondue restaurant which was fun and an excellent steakhouse restaurant, slightly oddly accessed via the garage but a fantastic meal. You get a 15 euro credit per person against half board if you eat in the Fondue restaurant, but not in the steak restaurant which we didn't realise until we saw the final bill. Useful shuttle minibus to Hannenkamm and Hornbahn ski lifts regularly through the day, we arranged a taxi one morning to take us to the Jochberg lift, skied there and made our way back to Hannenkamm for the hotel shuttle. We arrived by train from Munich airport and managed without a car for a short break, but a car would give more flexibility to explore further, use the Kirchberg or Jochberg lifts. You can walk into town from the hotel. Staff as before, all very helpful.

We love the staff, concierge that provided our ski pass. Also the store inside the resort where we could rent out ski equipment. Also the van that brings us to the ski lift, so helpful. Breakfast and dinner so so good. We really love this place and highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our time there, the only complain is about the bed. Mattress not very comfortable and duvet so small, instead of a double/king duvet they had 2 very small ones on the bed. Pillows also not great.

Spa was great but I was not expecting a naked spa! Ski hire was easy and very helpful! All staff were fabulous. The cuisine was wonderful, and a steak house was fantastic!

I didn’t understand some of the explanations regarding activities and interests on the board at concierge as I do not speak German.
