Lebenberg Schlosshotel-Kitzbühel

The service was amazing and all staff were very respectful. The Pool and leisure facilities were awesome, the view from the pool was out of this world, the sauna and the quiet rooms were amazing and many a time I totally relaxed in there to sleep. Breakfast - no request too great. Such great hospitality and the friendliness of staff were outstanding. The gentleman who seats guests at breakfast was also amazing at helping you go for day trips out and around the area. I had my birthday there - lets say what a lovely experience.

Being British I like tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I think we relax with a cup of tea. And wish we had found a booking after staying that gave us the chance of half board but we wouldnt have sampled such amazing restaurants in and around Kitzbuhl

Very professional and friendly staff. Very pet friendly (our dog made so many friends). Amazing location, 10 min walk from the center and 15 min walk to the lake. Delicious breakfast, half pension and snack options at the bar. Best indoor swimming pool ever. Very cozy room with a terrace. If you are searching a place to relax, this is the place to be.

In general, all good. Only perhaps the fact that to get to the building extension requires some up and downs with stairs or elevator. A lift from this building to the ground floor / external garage could be good.

The shuttle to the gondola lift was not frequent enough. Had to wait for +30mins on a couple of occasions and then it was a free for all when they did arrive, my young family was often pushed out of the way. Noticed that other hotel shuttles from the other larger hotels such as Arosa etc. were a lot more regular. A shame because the rest of the stay was fantastic but this would stop me coming again to stay here and something that is easily fixed.

Our room was in the tower. It suited us very well. It was renovated, very charming, and quaint with views of the Hahnenkamm run, mountains, and the town. We had a sitting room (as well as another smaller room) and a separate bedroom. The bathroom was nicely appointed and large. Be aware that this part of the hotel does not have an elevator to service the different floors so one must walk up and down to the main floor. The pool on the top floor was the most amazingly large and beautiful hotel pool we have ever seen. Truly fantastic! We had a 1/2 board plan. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Dinner was excellent! Good wine list also.

Excellent quality of facilities, fabulous views across Kitzbühel (including from the pool), very helpful staff, great food (both breakfast and half board dinner) and useful hourly shuttle service into Kitzbühel

Our room had no air conditioning which did make sleeping in the hot weather difficult. Main concern was inconsistent service at dinner - sometimes fabulous and at other times slow and chaotic (despite the hotel being relatively quiet when we stayed)

The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious especially the breakfast. The infinite pool was stunning. Sadly there was not enough sun shades on the balcony with other guests hogging 2 each.!! We had a castle room. The room was quaint with old style decoration and no air conditioning but was spotless and very comfortable. With the windows open it was perfectly comfortable on a hot night.

We had booked a castle room which does not have a lift so there were lots of steps up to our room.

We definitely liked the hotel and will recommend it. Beautiful views from the hotel, wide variety of food for breakfast, delicious food in the restaurant for dinner, great service, hotel staff is very attentive and helpful. Spacious lounge area with a fireplace, you can always find places even for a large company.

The hotel has live music every evening in the lounge area/bar, and it is very loud. You almost have to shout when you are in a lounge area otherwise you can't hear each other.

fantastic pool behind huge glass windows facing kitzbuehl's valley, too bad the hotel didn't thought of having sliding panels for the summer to turn the pool into an open air one, with the temperatures of this summer the pool area was -literally- steaming hot Vista is obviously wonderful and the breakfast something to remember

If I have to nitpick (everything is just great), staff is a bit anglophobic, ok ok it's austria and probably most of the clientele is german speaking but a bit more effort to put other languages speakers at ease would be welcome

We arrived early but we could already check in. A big plus! Very friendly and helpful personnel everywhere. Huge room, nice mountain view and very dog friendly (our dog got snacks at check-in and a bowl and blanket in the room). Good bed, great shower. Lots of storage. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent just like breakfast. Lots of walking trails nearby so you could leave your car in the hotel and do everything by foot. Walking distance to Kitzbuhel centre with shops and restaurants as well.

Fantastic hotel! We stayed here while the tennis tournament was in town and also used our time to explore Kitzbuhel, to go hiking and to enjoy the views from the top of the Hahnenkamm gondola. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly those on reception. The swimming pool has amazing views - the best I have ever been in. The hotel also offers activities. We took advantage of a guided hike through the Bichlach, which was an extremely good way of exploring the local area without the fear of getting lost. Thank you!
