Sentido alpenhotel Kaiserfels

This is our fourth time staying at Kaiserfels for our annual family ski holiday and it never disappoints. Great location as you can ski in/out from property. The rooms are lovely, warm and cozy and spotlessly clean. The best part of the hotel are the staff. Super friendly with warm welcomes from the time you leave until the time you check out. I love this hotel and can’t wait for our next stay.

Our room was a very good size for a superior room. The balcony and views were delightful. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The food was excellent with plenty of choice and variety and included some lovely surprises- such as a BBQ. We enjoyed the pool with amazing views of the mountains and lovely outdoor space for sunbathing.

Having to pay for tap water at a meal was a surprise but that may have been normal for the area. On hot nights we did need to keep the balcony door open to keep the room cool, which some people may not want to do.

The welcome was warm and the staff throughout the hotel were mostly professional and friendly. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and with magnificent views. The reception staff were especially helpful and friendly.

The breakfast table arrangement where families are reserved the best tables (i.e. window tables) was a little strange. It did feel that guests without children were treated a little less favourably not sure why as the breakfast room is huge.

(1) The restaurant and food (exceptionally good buffet). (2) Very friendly staff (particularly at the reception desk but not so much the bar). (3) The room was clean modern, bright and airy. (4) Ski in ski out. (5) The kids room was hidden at the back of the bar. This was genius; it meant you could relax and have a drink in bar without any sight of kids but at the same time knowing your kids are safe and can only ben accessed through the room you are in. Very good for families.

Just about everything! Lovely modern building at the foot of a great ski resort. Makes a brilliant base for a family ski holiday. Restaurant food was excellent morning and night

the staff are amazing, every single one was so helpful and friendly. the hotel itself is super clean and the facilities were perfect. the food too was delicious. loved every minute and will stay again for sure

we had the junior suite which had one bed which was very comfortable but the other was a sofa bed which my daughter (and me when kicked out of the main bed for snoring) was really uncomfortable. but this was the only thing, everything else was amazing

Very helpful and nice staff, especially at the bar and kid's corner! The hotel is clean, the location is great and view - amazing. The room was very spacious and comfortable, not much more you can ask for. The pool area is nice and clean. The variety and quality of the food is excellent! We would recommend this hotel and gladly come back another time.

The room was too warm for us, around 24 degrees.

great location, outstanding food, great facilities especially the spacious steam room, wonderful staff. great marking of allergies at mealtimes. our junior suite looked over the slopes and the views were fabulous.

the beds were so hard even with the extra topper they kindly provided, the pool is treated by guests as more of a kids space so hard to relax there,

it’s not in Kitzbuhel it in St Johan , I google hotels for Kitzbuhel so be careful what Booking.com does or sends you be aware hotel is 20 min away but very nice place

great location for ski.

We have a room with a shared door with the room next to us, but it is not locked when we checked in. In the middle of the night, the guests of the next room checked in and opened the door!!! lucky is we are all in bed sleeping after one day ski. So wired....and the door is not sound proof.
