Real Palace Hotel

Thiago the receptionist is so helpful and great! And the Mr. From the breakfast so funny and lovely! Hope they pay a good money for the HOTEL STAFF CAUSE THEY WORK SO HARD BUT ALWAYS TREATS ME WITH A SMILE . Thiago did everything he could to made my stay the best as possible 👍

The Hotel needs an up grade ....little old ... But clean and well located!

good breakfast, the staff was super friendly and welcoming, specially Thiago. defo would come back.

bed sheets was stained and rough. air conditioning was leaking soaking wet in the wall and floors. just small details to fix.

+ The reception staff, Cesar, was very helpful. He directed us to the local store that sells quality but less costly local products (chocolates, chips, etc), gave us directions towards the church, and offered to send my postcards too. + The breakfast buffet offers a wide spread of pastries / bread, fruits, sausages, bacon, juice, etc. + Great location --- just 2 blocks from the Copacabana Beach and so many stores and restaurants around the area

- the key cards kept on deactivating every day (even if it's placed in a safe, non-magnetic pocket / wallet), even when we just went down for breakfast at the hotel restaurant - the time and temp shown inside the elevators are not correct (should just be turned-off if it's not working)

Location was perfect, a minute walk from Copacabana beach. Plenty of shops near by to buy water etc although water is provided in the mini fridges. The rooms are basic but spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful and kind, especially Cesar. Overall very good value for money.

Breakfast was adequate but most hot items were cold. Swimming pool was half finished with lots of building equipment and work being carried out whilst trying to relax in that area.

They offer an amazing breakfast. The guy at the reception knew a bit about everything and is always available to inform and help the customers.

Windows of the room are the permeable to noise , the sink in the bathroom was blocked, we asked them to solve it but the problem persisted. Box spring bed type, slow Internet at the restaurant where they serve breakfast .

The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, banks and any other place you'll need. The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. The room was big enough and clean. The breakfast was tasty and everything else truly like the gym and pool just as posted in the hotel pictures. What you see it's what you really get.

I wish the staff spoke more Spanish or English, I would have liked to have more interaction with them in either of those languages or if I had known some Portuguese.

One of my favorite hotels in Copacabana, when the price allows I always try to book here. The renovated rooms are very stylish and the old ones still have a jacuzzi installed if you're lucky. Very friendly and helpful staff and cozy little rooftop pool.

Sometimes the price gets a little too high. I'm guessing because the guests really like it.

Breakfast was various and abundant, our room was cleaned every day and the staff was very available. The hotel was close to the beach and we were able to find everything we needed near the hotel.

Not all the staff spoke English and that made it a little difficult for us non-portuguese speakers to get what we needed.

Best fresh fruit and abundant choices of healthy and sweets breakfast ever! Near Copacabana beach, with several restaurants near. Great spacious and clean room, and we liked the little pool as well.

The safety deposit box failed to work twice, even though the staff did came to repair it. But otherwise nothing to complain here!

Good location, with lots of bars, restaurants and the Copacobana nearby. Large room, lovely pool area and excellent breakfast. Great value for money.

Needs a good maintainance man. Lots of little repairs needed. Bar not open Not a 4 star hotel but still good and great value.
