The value for money is exceptional. The hotel is undergoing a minor renovation. However, there was no noise to be detected.

The Wi-Fi network seems to be incompatible with recent Apple devices. With all of the security measures built into iPhone and Mac, the internet connection was extremely inconsistent. Had to rely on my 5G cellular data. Keep that in mind if you intend on working remotely.

Beautiful new hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and great shower.

Breakfast could do with being improved. Many things are not very fresh.

For the money, it was great value. The location is excellent. Just 1/2 block from the beach. The breakfast was great. Shower was great. Good pressure. If you're looking for great value, and you're not too picky, this is a great option. But this is not the Hilton hotel. Front desk staff all spoke excellent english. Definitely recommend trying the Jaoquina restaurant just around the corner!

The room was a little small and dated. The construction going on was a little loud. Elevators didn't work sometimes. The front door didn't have a security guy most of the time, so it didn't feel as safe. That being said, the worst that happened in our 4 night stay was being hassled by a homeless guy at a pharmacy next door.

Location, friendly staff, breakfast

Rooms have been painted, bathrooms are worn-out, old furniture. Deluxe room faced the inner courtyard (the walls and windows of other rooms). So no daylight.

Location very close to the beach and shops & restaurants. Breakfast was amazing! Many choices and fresh fruits! Restaurant staff was very frendly and worked very hard to keep the restaurant clean and presentable!

There were some work’s going on in the building. My safe in the room was not installed to the wall.

Excellent location, 1 block from the Beach. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Good breakfast with enough choices for anyone.

Some of the remodeling is not done perfectly. Just a small point.

-Beautiful retrofitted lobby -Great breakfast buffet -Great location to the beach and downtown

-Slow elevators -As they are reconstructing, hammer bangs can be heard in the early morning -Extra pillows would've been appreciated -No space no lay toiletries around in the bathroom

Close to the beach. Breakfast is good with a wide variety of hot food.

Wifi is connected in the lobby, but not at all in my room. The power plugs in Brasil is European, so U.S. plugs cannot be used. Voltage is also different. I wish they woul rent or sell conversion pkugs and charging adapters.

Everything apart from my air conditioner breaking down in the middle of the night and I had to sleep in a very hot room. Next morning the repaired it and gave me a discount. Apart from that everything was percect

The location was excellent, extremely close to the beaches and fun places to visit. Breakfast was great and personnel was very helpful. The rooms where very spacious.

Need to remodel the rooms to meet the modern day needs.
