The staff was very polite. Facilities were ok. The hotel is located in a very strategic place where you can easily reach other places in the city.
Adding just one more aditional soap tablet would be very nice for travelers like me, as I usually do not carry this item.

The hotel needs improvement, overpriced, bathrooms getting old, housekeeping needs to be improved; But the worse is the parking system, company that is in charge for parking needs a better system especially to deal with the clients for the hotel, also they should specified that needs to be paid before hand;

Staff was very nice and kind. The room was very clean.
Breakfast was very simple and disorganized. Guests weren't using the plastic gloves as they supposed to, and there were no staff to guarantee that to happen. The bedsheet had holes in it. The blanket was for a single's bed, but we were on a queen size bed.
