Meliá Campinas

The room was very clean and big enough for 2 people. The breakfast was sufficient and comes with a great variety. The shower was very cold in the first couple of days of our staying, but it was great after that (we stayed for 6 nights). The mini bar was complmentary (but they almost charged us when we checked out. Need to be careful). Wifi very strong and we didn't encounter any trouble (with 4 devices in the room).

Though the breakfast did come with a great variety and selection, there wasn't any changes during our 6-night stay. It'd be no problem for a short stay.

I stayed at the Melia for a month, the location is unbeatable, the hotel has a small gym and playground for kids. The pool is nice to relax or even exercise. The restaurant is OK, the food is not amazing but it is convenient and as I mentioned the location lends itself to walk to nearby restaurants.

Everything was great, the staff were amazing, just watch out for peak times during breakfast because if the hotel has good occupancy you might have to wait for a table

The Hotel has a great location. Cambuí is a nice neighborhood with plenty of bakeries and good restaurants. The hotel staff is really nice. A special thanks to Mr. Matteus Tomaz for helping with the early breakfast before my run competition. The breakfast is delicious and the waitress really helpful. Room was comfortable and very clean!

This hotel is in the heart of Campinas and very tranquil area. This hotel has not gone through room renewal and is as originally build in the early 90's. Furniture and bathroom looked passed it's lifetime. However, rooms are clean and beds are very good.

I was taken back by staff at check-in. Wasn't friendly and welcoming to us.

The location, breakfast and staff were great. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious.

There are not a lot of indoor areas to sit and chat. We were there during a heat wave and the mosquitos were horrible, ao sitting outside was not an option. We were traveling with a large family and the only place we could sit to catch up was the lobby.

clean rooms, well located. decent breakfast: fruits, cold cuts, breads, scrambled eggs, bacon, juices, yogurts, cereal. they have low lactose and vegetal milk also.

valet parking was pretty slow, when movement was high, they had a hard time to control the cars. valet was 30 reais per day for guests.

Mini Bar section was not having any rate list in room , it made me thought that its all included in room charges

Extremely clean, with a clear commitment on going above and beyond to make their guests safe during the pandemic. Very comfortable room with a great location

Breakfast was good but definitely busy, with a few problems on both days during my stay, such as coffee machines breaking down, no plates available to guests, and lack of options when nearing the end of the service

everything exceptional the bathrooms need to be updated

bathroom need some work. broken tile at the corner of the shower make the water go out under the sink and get floor wet

Lovely staff, good breakfast! Comfy bed. Restaurant isn't overpriced and food quality is great!

It was all good, a kettle and some coffee/tea amenities in the room would be nice to have.
