The staff was supportive and help me with the last-minute request, due to a medical situation. But everything is charged and notices about the penalties and costs are everywhere, it appears the hotel must make the guest aware of minimal costs required to pay. This is very intimidating and unnecessary.
Facilities are old and in need of maintenance. The elevator was not working, and the overall aspect is quite old and lacking regular maintenance. In the restaurant, a lot of guests not wearing the necessary protection (masks, plastic gloves), and no staff to correct it. Everything is charged and guests are informed all the time about it. Parking is paid.
